Wonderful to work with. Tim was helpful and very responsive when I needed help with the connections for my new washer and dryer. He quickly determined what was needed when I sent him a few pictures. He picked up the parts and was able to come right over. I was very pleasantly surprise with how quickly he was able to come. He said he was able to come so quickly because the job wouldn't take too long and he was able to work me in between two jobs. I will definitely call him again for a few other things he can do for him. He does great work!

The work was done within 2 hours with 2 men working. I liked their punctuality and professionalism. Found the hourly cost of $110.00 an hour a little steep. Paid at the most $30 an hour for a handyman.

They came when they said they would, took out the old faucet, but after putting the new one in, discovered the hot water wasn't flowing. They did some testing to rule out the causes and determined it was the new faucet. He gave me some options of what to do next--one of which was for me to go back to Home Depot and exchange out the faucet. They'd wait for me to return and finish the job. Obviously that worked best because otherwise we wouldn't have a kitchen faucet till the next day. I got back in a little over an hour, and they finished up in about 15 minutes. I'd assumed they'd charge me for the time they were waiting, but they didn't. Aside from the faucet's cartridge being bad, everything went well, and I was glad they were able to finish the job in one go rather than having to come back.

There is almost nothing Tim Rowland cannot do. In the very rare case that he can’t repair something, he is honest upfront and advises you on your options, even if it is not through him. That level of honestly alone is a very rare attribute to find in the service/repair industry. It’s why we will continue using Tim going forward. I have recommended him to several friends and family now and each one echoed the exact same experience. I didn’t realize this, but one of them even told me when he buys parts or components to fix something... not only does he not mark the parts up, he passed any discounts he was able to get onto his clients. His rate includes the work of two people and it’s worth every dime. I couldn’t recommend someone more.

Tim and Kevin continue to do fantastic work for our family. I have recommended him to several friends and family and they continue to give me the same feedback. Great service - fast - prepared - and punctual. Have a list ready because these guys work fast - they will get more done in the time you hire him than you expect.

I've know and used Tim and crew for a long time. He's reasonable, thorough, and very detail oriented. Pretty much any residential task I need a handyman for, I ask him first. He has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and continues to earn my business. He does what he says, communicates throughout the process ( something most people don't do anymore) and budget weary. His price has always been reasonable. I recommend you talk with him before hosing anyone

We were very pleased with their work

Tim and Kevin were on time and professional. They were very careful when moving the couch, refrigerator and a large wooden cabinet up one half flight of stairs. They pulled up the carpet, tack, quarter round and even some tile that was hiding under certain parts of the carpet. And they hauled it off for us and cleaned up really well afterwards. Tim was very honest with what his company does and doesn't do. The price was fair. I definitely recommend working with Tim and his crew.

They were very professional and did an excellent job! Tim and Kevin were very knowledgable and hard working. I have them now on speed dial. They installed a cooktop and double oven where cabinetry had to be modified and did an excellent job. Kevin installed a toilet and light fixtures. Tim hung some very heavy mirrors for me and they look beautiful. I can't express enough how happy I am that I have found Rowland's.

Tim and Kevin are just the nicest guys, and they have a can-do attitude which I love. My best insight into their work is they installed a fire ladder (2) escape at my daughter's 4 story townhome. I needed it done and done right to hold weight in case of need. They had been there for a couple of hours because I had so much to get done at her place. The fire ladders were last. I look out the window and Kevin is climbing up the ladder to make sure it would hold while Tim is upstairs tightening bolts and talking to him through the open window. That is what I call excellent work. If you want something done, and they can do it, you are in good hands. If they can't do it, they are quite up front about that as well.

This job went great! Tim and his associates are just really nice people to work with and a joy to have in your home. I LOVE my new laundry room.

Fair. Work did not come out as good as expected

They drag the 6hours out the first guy took and hour to put up four shutter the guy inside took him four hours to paint the livingroom than the guy came in and help him it took him 3hour with the second guy to put one coat on the last hour was crazy painting with the brush they got paint on the ceiling granite countertop the first guy took a brush and painted the top part made a lot of mistake on the the ceilings both guys a waste of money i have to pay to fix it and paint the dinning room they drag their feet for 6hours i told them what i wanted but didn't do it the was very slow on purpose because the rooms was not that big and it shouldn't it took two men five hours to paint that little area one coat of paint initially one electric work done and the other stuff done but they told me they couldn't do it so I asked him can you paint if I woulda knew it was going to take 6 hours to do the small area I would have canceled and got my money back they both took advantage of me I was kind of scared so I was just praying they did the living room in the dining room and hallway area they didn't even paint the bathroom I told I want the bathroom done up the steps and the I provide the paint they did not have no sticks to stir they didn't tape it up there didn't patch nothing it was a fiasco the second guy paint the top part of the wall and would just paint it all kinds of ways up down sideways on the wall it was a mess the last hour the second guy got paint on the granite in the kitchen on the side of the door jam they just messed that house up paint on the ceilings this wasn't a professional job this was a get $540 and get out

They did a great job - they arrived on time and they worked through the list that I sent him ahead of his visit. He solved a number of our headaches very quickly and efficiently. We definitely recommend him and will use him again for our next batch of projects.

Tim was super nice and worked his butt off to get everything done, I could not have been happier with his/team's work to complete everything on time. I have given his number to a couple friends already. If I need something done again, he will be the first person I call. He has a truck full of supplies so he doesn't need to run to Lowe's all the time which was great.

Perfect as usual. They were out of here in about 2 hours, although I did clear out and set up as much as I could before they came. They had everything on the truck they needed, such as different screws, the right power tools, and more. They come in, work fast, and charge fairly. I can't say enough good things. The bad news is that you need to book ahead because they are so popular.
