Description of Work: They showed up on time and replaced a ceiling fan and chandelier for cathedral ceilings. They were nice and professional. I would use them again in the future. Had a small scratch on our hardwood floor from the scaffle but I'm not sure that could have been avoided.

Description of Work: They did an outstanding job and will definitely use them again in the future. They changed out several light fixtures, minor plumbing repairs and a little general maintenance. They do a little bit of everything.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List special deal not realizing that I would have to get into a long line of others who bought the deal. It was a month before Rowland's could actually get to my house. Plus, I was really hoping to pay them more to stay longer but they had another appointment immediately following my allotted time of 3 hours. They did a great job installing closet racks and shelving and planting flowers. I would highly recommend their work. My only disappointment was in the communication before arrival because I was really hoping to hire them for the full day and then pay the difference. After waiting a month for a handy man to arrive, I had developed a long list of Honey Do's that I would have loved to have gotten accomplished. Over-all, Rowland's were excellent handmen.
