Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. "First off, I had used these guys a number of times and referred people to them. My quote is on their website, for goodness sakes. But that all just changed. I had a leak in my kitchen, and they misdiagnosed it. This misdiagnosis cost me a new dishwasher. I called back asking them to come out and take another look. Was told they'd be out the next day. Never showed or called. After three days, I texted them and never heard back. No integrity what so ever."

"If you are ready to let go of plenty of money for work, then this is the place to call! The man that came out was courteous and polite and the work was good. Technician came out on a Saturday for weekend call and then had to return for a few hours on the following Monday. Total between 7-8 hours (included a trip to Raleigh from Creedmoor and back for a pump). We were charged an extra service charge on top of labor for the trip to get pump. The labor charge averaged out to a little more than $208 per hour. Company was called and bill was discussed. I was told that they do not charge by hour anymore, that they charge by the job and what work is done. (Replaced the pump, line and wire in well and tank). I was told that I would get a call back to discuss the bill, was called back the first time by the time that was stated, but asked could he call later that day when he had more time. There was never a call back. I know things are more expensive these days, but not this much!"
