"The Santiago team showed up on time and proceeded in covering the walls and flooring with protective sheeting, which was a plus...no dust. The ceilings needed repair, nail pops throughout and some retaping in the great room. Lasers were used to position the taping, which turned out perfectly. There were a couple of spots that were overlooked, but were promptly addressed. All in all, we are very satisfied with Santiago Home Improvements and their professionalism."

Hourly rate cost factors include the complexity of the paint job, the type of paint, the height of the walls and ceiling, and the type of prep and repairs needed.
