The owner, Juan came out that same weekend to give an estimate and the job was scheduled within two weeks. Juan’s crew came out and painted my parents bedroom with a tray ceiling & their bathroom. They did an excellent job..ceilings, walls, trim and caulked and cleaned everything when they were done. It looks beautiful! And Mariela was pleasant to speak with too! My parents are so happy that they are going to have them paint the rest of their house. Thank you Xtreme Painting LLC

+ -1 moreWARNING!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! Our experience with X TREME Painting LLC was the worst experience wile remodeling our home. I advise anyone that has saved their money to improve their home to research thoroughly before making an informed decision.
Description of Work: We hired this company to paint 4 rooms and a bathroom, including doors. I asked my doors to be lightly sanded begore painting, that was not done. They painted my door hinges, which is ridiculous. They did not drape and tape off my floors or cover my furniture. I asked repeatedly for this to be done. They finally brought 1 drop cloth to cover my brand-new sectional. Prior to them working on our project we installed new windows with beautiful capping, new refrigerator and a new sectional couch. Our window capping and refrigerator was damaged while they were working and denied responsibility. They installed new wood flooring throughout the entire house. The sho molding was not cut correctly, there are gaps throughout the house. they were supposed to replace handrails on front deck and paint it. They had to come back multiple times and the porch is still not right. They painted our back deck which looks fine. They were hired to Remodel our Bathroom and it turned out distavorous. The shower pan was a mobile home shower pan. The shower door is installed incorrectly. The commode was installed incorrectly as well. they installed an exhaust fan and we had to hire the original roofers to come back and fix a problem with the boot and shingles. that was extra money we had to pay. There was an originally a window in the shower and on the outside of the house Juan was supposed to replace the window with aluminum siding and assured us that he had the machine to cut the aluminum. Juan installed roofing flashing on the backside of the house with messy caulking. Now we have the risk of rain and wind damaging the back of the house. We had to hire a professional to come and repair his work that cost an additional 900.00 dollars. The tile in shower is cut incorrectly. It is uneven when meeting the corner of wall. All caulking and silicone were messy and not smooth. One receptacle is installed upside down. The light switch is crocked. All trim angles are cut wrong. The plumbing under house is not installed correctly. We have to now hire a Bathroom Specialist to come and remodel. This is going to cost us double what we paid X Treme. We have had 3 different professionals come and check Juan's work and all three had the same conclusion. They never cleaned up behind themselves. I had to clean after they would leave. I advise you to think twice before you hire this company.

They also painted a large bathroom and stairwell including several companion walls. Work was done thoroughly. Everything we asked them to do was complete and well done. Juan and his crew had a pleasant attitude. Also they showed up when they said, and worked the entire day. I would definitely have them back to do more painting and I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey finished the room in one day. When they finished, I was excited to have it done so quickly. However, on closer inspection with my husband, we noticed several areas where the cuts were crooked. They left handprints and clumps of mudding on the doors, left mudding on a dining room chair, had areas of mudding that were in clumps, had mudding on the (thankfully bare cement) floor of the master closet and on the kitchen floor that we had to scrape up. There was also mudding dust all over. They should have laid plastic on the floor where they mixed it.

The repair work was done with great skill as was the painting. Although several extra things were added to the project, the original quote was very close to final cost of the job. Juan is very friendly, courteous, and hardworking. We will use him again soon (at another house).

He did such an amazing job I didn’t hesitate to book with him right away to have my oak kitchen cabinets painted white. As before Juan was very professional and did a wonderful job! He is always on time for scheduled work, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. He did the work quickly and efficiently with the highest quality. They did the job quickly but with the upmost attention to detail and quality. Their price point was great considering the repairs needed and two coats of paint due to going with a darker color. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. I’m already looking to have them come back and paint my kitchen cabinets and install a pergola above my garage.

We had roof damage that caused a water stain on our living room ceiling and we got insurance money to repaint this ceiling along with the adjoining hallway ceiling. We decided to spend a little extra of our own money and go with a flat ceiling instead of replacing the ugly popcorn texture. We didn't know anything about local painters, so I checked online and decided on Xtreme Painting. I'm glad I did. I talked to Mariela, who does an excellent job of running the office, and she told me Juan would come by and give me a quote, which he did. The next morning, Juan came back with his helper Gerardo and immediately got to work. Both of these guys are friendly, courteous and hard-working. They talked and joked non-stop as they worked, but that didn't slow them down and it certainly didn't take away from the quality of their work. The ceilings in both of these rooms look amazing! Juan's business card shows that he also does drywall, decks and pressure washing. While he was here, he noticed the exterior trim on our windows was deteriorating and mentioned that he also repairs that. I am definitely going to call him when I am ready to start that project. I highly recommend Xtreme Painting.
