They are good. They come once a month. They are thorough. I think the price is fair. I don’t know what they do when compared to other housecleaning places. I would continue to use them in the future.

I'm not too pleased right now. When I first interviewed them they said it would probably take 3 maids 6 hours to do my house. They came and there were only 2 of them and they only stayed 2 hours. He charged me $200 which was outrageous. He gave me different girls each time. The next time he sent 2 girls and they spent 3 hours and they were very good. The last time I had 2 girls and they were only here for 2 hours. I called him because there were quite a few things I didn't like about it, she didn't clean the upstairs bathroom. It's a matter of dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. For even 3 hours I think $200 is too much, but especially for 2 hours it's ridiculous. I may keep them for one more time to see if he adjusts but if it persists then I may let them go. They usually book a month ahead of time. The last time they were supposed to come between 10 and 11 and they didn't show up until 1pm.

I pay $112 every two weeks. I like their services. They are trust worthy, they come when they say they are going to and they do a good job.

Most of the time the teams cleaning my house did a great job. My only gripe with the company was that I didn't get the same people each week to clean my house. On one or two occasions, the team that came was totally unfamiliar. I also had a problem with scheduling when I was out of town. They said that they would have to charge me $50 if I couldn't reschedule. As I was going to be out of town many of the scheduled weeks for the summer, I suspended the cleaning sessions. I will probably try to find someone who can work better with my schedule. However, I would certainly recommend this company to someone who needs regular biweekly cleanings and who doesn't go out of town often. They usually always did a great job and said that they would come back if I found anything unsatisfactory. We never had to ask them to come back because we were unsatisfied.

DESIGNER MAID has been pretty good to us. We have been pretty happy with them. Their prices are line with others people we have looked at in the past. They did not, however, return our calls for something in the past.

They showed up every time with a different crew. Most of the time they were training someone new. Sometimes they forgot to clean the tub or shower and overall it was just never a completely satisfactory experience. Sometimes they didn't even vaccum.. or it didn't seem. It usually took about 1 hour to complete, they rushed like crazy to get out and there is no way a good job can be done that quickly... and it showed. We joined Angie's List to find other options for cleaning service. I'm going to give them one more chance.

The first clean was scheduled but I was not called to be told when I had to call them to find out. The team of three were efficient and hard workers and did what they could with what they had. The products were inferior and seemed extremely watered down and the vacuum do nothing for animal hair. I canceled after that clean siting I didn't like their products and vacuum. I was asked to try them again and they would use my cleaning supplies and bring a different vacuum and I would be discount 5.00 for using my supplies. After the 2nd initial clean, the ladies did an awesome job and I even tipped them. I asked if I could get this same team and was informed probably not since she was an inspector and training this new employee. I canceled my services when the team let me know they are not suppose to move furniture to clean underneath. I had no contract and called to inform them I no longer needed their services do to that they will not move to clean under things and I was looking for something different. I was sent a letter informing me they were going to charge me 45.00 (unauthorized)on my card for not wanting to use their services. They also charged me 165.00 for the clean (without the 5.00 discount for using my stuff) MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE CHARGE FOR NOT WANTING TO USE HIS SERVICE AFTER GIVING THEM A SECOND CHANCE!!

We weren?t happy with the service we were getting so we stopped our service. When the owner came out, he was professional and did a good job setting us up. The actual cleaning was not what we expected; it just wasn?t as clean as we had hoped it would have been.

It went well. They were professional in their performance. Our bench marks that we expected as a senior couple were achieved on the first initial service and on the last service on 11/11/09 have been achieved.

We regret having selected this vendor because we were really looking forward to the help.
