They come to check my home for termites. They have put down plastic in the crawl space to help with moisture. They always take the time to explain everything and do a very thorough job.

They do a great job and their people are very professional.

The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

We we fighting the issue and after several visits, they were able to get them under control. I then signed a annual contract with them because they have provided very good service.

They are okay. It’s hard to say because they treated for termites and I don’t see better results. I haven’t seen termites but that doesn’t mean it’s because of them. The price is okay. I will use them again in the future.

We are required to have an annual termite service here. They do what they say they are going to do. I will continue to use them in the future, I have no reason to change.

We have an old house and we had silver fish. They were spraying for them and it didn't seem like it was doing any good so we quit their service. We bombed the house ourselves and we haven't seen a silverfish since. It's not to say they aren't good, they did try but the service didn't work for us. They were professional.

I have no dislikes, only likes and we have used them for years. They are very polite and arrive when they say they are going to. They are very sensitive to the fact that I have small animals. They are very pleasant people to work with. Their price is competitive.

We had a bad problem with spiders, and they were able to come out and resolve the problem.

They spray inside the house if needed and outside no matter what. The overall quality of the work is about a B. I will use them again in the future.

The builders that built my house used this company, so I just continued to use them.

They come quarterly to spray around the property for pests. For our termite contract, they do not perform any treatment unless experiencing a problem. They do, however, come out and check for termites. They'll come out any time you want them to. When I did have a problem, they brought a truck and pumped treatment under the house. They done such a great job for me that I recommended their services to my friend. They're very responsive.

They have been very accommodating with my schedule. Their reports that they have provided are adequate and positive. They are thorough and I appreciate their work.

They are great. Their staff is very personable. They are always ready to jump right out there to fix the problem. The billing is not a problem and the staff is friendly. I cannot think of anything that I don't like about them. They kill the bugs and that's the important thing.

I have been using their service for many years. They are pretty reasonable. They will do whatever we want. Sometimes, I have several dogs, and sometimes I will just have them do the outside depending on if I need the inside. I will have them do both if I need it. The pricing was fair for the work they did. They always come when they say. The guy is very nice.

The thing that set this visit apart was the person performing the service found a water leak when he was in the basement that was coming from the first floor! He spent extra time helping to remove insulation to find the leak. The service tech got on a step ladder and persisted in his search until he discovered that our refrigerator was leaking and leaking into the basement. I suspect that most service reps would point out the problem and think they were done. That was not the case with this service tech. He has been fantastic on all the service calls he has been on. I would recommend Terminix to anyone. In fact I have recommended them to several neighbors.

We have been using them for the last two years. They came when I called them. I haven't had any major problems, and they have come and taken care of any problem that I have ever had.

The Termnix rep was most charming and professional, punctual, and apparently very competent. He went about his business expeditiously and the results have been so far good. Because we had boring bees and carpenter ants, I went for the $400 annual plan for quarterly follow ups. This seemed a bit high but not unreasonable. The termite proposal was for some $3000, though the annual maintenance after the initial outlay was much less. There is no evidence of termites. I want to do something about termite prevention as they are a risk in our area, but $3000 is a bit breathtaking and beyond our means. The plan included insurance that covered any repairs should an infestation occur, but the actual termite prevention services were pretty standard and basic, as I understand it. I have in the past had similar services without the insurance part for a very few hundred dollars. In summary, I was satisfied with the services performed and the expertise of the rep. I will reserve judgement on the termite proposal until I research more options, but it seemed overpriced. There was no high pressure or unpleasant salesmanship, by the way. Mr. Terminix Asheville was amusing, friendly, and very easy going.

Same service every year for the last 6 years. Nothing new to it this time or in times past. Tech/Mike comes by and inspects for termite activity, sprays some and leaves. Mike is always very nice. He does his job in a professional manner, fast and efficiently. He is always willing to answer any questions I may have. If you decide to use this service ask for Mike!
