They always get when they say they will be. The person is very charismatic, good at his job. I like their efficiency.

Terrible. I signed a $250 contract, their minimum up front before they even set any traps. That was for trapping one animal. (It’s $50 more for each additional animal trapped). There was a mother possum underneath my house and at least one baby that came into the house. After setting traps under and in my house for over a week involving no less than 3 people, they caught nothing, and refunded me no money. Even during this Coronavirus pandemic when money is tight. It was a bad experience. I will use someone else in the future. I suggest you do too.

They're a big name company. Their local office has been very responsive to us. I think they are affordable. They were very good in responding to our needs. We will be using them again, a regular retainer.

We've had a good experience and they are dependable.

They're very good. I have a year contract with them. It's like $250-$275 a year, that's because I'm a repeat customer.

Great!! Does not always show up on time, but does get here. We have mice so I am not sure if what he is doing is helping yet, but time will tell.

I would use them in the future. I have been using them since we bought the house. The technician that comes out I really like him. He is very professional and does a great job. He is very conscientious about the job he does for my yearly termite inspection, and monthly pest control. They come out when they say they are going to come out, and I also trust them.

We had found a better value for termite protection with a smaller, local company so Terminix came out for an 'exit inspection'. A team of 4 arrived to include the local manager, two technicians and a brand new trainee. During their exit inspection, Tommy noted rodent activity in our crawl space. We had already put out rodent baits ourselves that didn't seem to be as effective as hoped. The activity was determined to be something larger such as a raccoon or similar. Even though we were not a pest control customer, Tommy and his crew began investigating while we watched. They discovered a live possum under the crawl space barrier tarp. The critter had crawled up a drainage pipe and made a nest under the tarp. In a demonstration of excellent customer service, the brand new trainee donned gloves, cornered the unhappy critter and bravely grabbed her by the scruff for removal. At my request, he did not destroy her but released her into a field well off the property. Though we may no longer be a termite customer, we signed a pest control contract on the spot and Stephen did our first pest treatment. The efforts of the team, the consideration of the manager taking time to come along, the respectful way we were treated and the assertiveness of the new trainee convinced us. All our questions were answered and my concerns addressed. We will be covering the exposed drainpipe accordingly. Compliments to Jason, Stephen, Tommy and the new trainee we dubbed "Possum".

They seem to be very willing to do whatever you feel like you need, and also I wanted to be sure that we didn't have any termites.

I've been using them 21 years. I used to be extremely happy with them. Its like the people changed. I'm very unhappy with the service man now. and I have a yearly contract and I'm thinking about getting rid of it when its over. He comes every three months. I dont understand how this can be the guy who used to do it when we first started using them. It took him about 45mins total in just my house and there are three houses here. This guy is in and out of both houses within an hour. I have tried to follow him before but he just runs around the house. I dont like him. I dont think he is pays attention to detail. He doesn't listen to me when I ask him, he says he will come back and set the rodent trap around the back, when I call him, if I dont call in a week or two he forgets. I'm just not happy over all with him. I'm also on his recommendation, I'm using their mosquito control service also which I can't understand anything and thats been for three month since summer and I told the guy not to come back. He is also early, which I dont like. because 9O'clock is not ok in my book

This guy was a life saver. I loved that guy. Once a rat went through my kitchen, it was the size of my dog. I've had so many pests. My basement was infiltrated with flies, Something hatched in my basement it look shiny, like in the movies. He was here on a Saturday that day. I had a family of ferrel cats living in a crawl space that I didn't even know were in there till one of them jumped out at me. Its been a pest nightmare here. Nothing lives in this house now like for 20 years. I would have used him again but his gone.

The price is 200 and some dollars a year for them to come out and walk around my house. It seems high to me. I guess the quality is good.

During our 12 months of termite monitoring, no technician visited my property even once to check the in-ground monitoring stations. When my contract was up for renewal, I received an invoice for $238 which I ignored because I was considering another provider. Then I got a reminder Terminix invoice a couple weeks later. Then another. I wrote "not renewing" on the invoice and mailed it in. A few days later, while I was away and without notification, a technician came to my property, jumped my fence (gates were locked), installed new monitoring stations and left a notice on my front door. I was livid. A few days later, a representative called, acknowledged the receipt of my cancellation and arranged a date to have a technician retrieve the monitoring stations. That technician never showed up and is now a week overdue. Terminix is on autopilot. They arrive when they feel like it without notice, they prowl your property doing what they do even if it means jumping fences, they want $238 for sticking monitoring stations in the ground then forgetting them. Termites could damage my home and Terminix wouldn't know about it for several months. Then what? Oops. Sorry, sir. You have termites. We'll treat them for $$$. Update (4/14/2016): I was contacted two weeks ago by Terminix's Regional Manager who gave apologies for my recent poor experience. He listened to what I had to say and offered to handle my situation immediately with a couple courtesy services for my trouble if I would give Terminix a chance to make it right. I accepted. A few days later, a technician come out and provided a termite inspection. He was very cordial, knowledgable and answered all my questions. Another technician was to call me the next day to set up installation of new in-ground termite monitors. That call didn't happen. One week later I still had not been contacted. I called the Regional Manager, voiced my displeasure with my local Terminix provider and canceled our verbal agreement.

JB was great. He inspected the house inside and out and then gave us the options and recommendations. We decided to go with the anual plan. I forgot to use the ANgies list coupon and called the office and they told me they would contact JB. He not only accepted it but he also called and left a message. Responsiveness is really important to me and Terminix has been very good!

After 3 years of poor service I am done. Terminix is consistently late or early, which is a total disregard of customers' time. People work and have to take off to make these appointments! have had about 8 techs because their turnover is so high. One tech made sexual comments, one cancelled on the way to my house because he was tired, and one sprayed directly into my heirloom bookcase and stained it. They are not professional, not consistent and need to stop resting on being a national company for their security. Go with a local pest control service who has integrity.

I liked their quality of work. Their work was excellent and their price was reasonable. The men were very polite and very professional in their way. It took them three days to complete the job.

Very professional! I haven't seen a single tick on my dog, a single spider near the house, or any creepy crawly creatures.

They did a couple days work, saying they would drill weep holes in the foundation for water seepage to drain, install a pipe, and sump pump. They did all but drill any holes, so the water never drained- it remained in the areas of the wall. The drainage & dump pump were of no value if there were no way for the water to drain. They then "covered" the problem areas with "Surewall", painted on the blocks of the foundation. Within a year , the efflorescence had returned, and active water seepage had begun. The warranty (of one year) was then expired. This company needs to stick to bugs. I was burned pretty badly to the tune of $4,000.00

They do a good job. We don’t have to call them; they just show up and do their thing. Our overall experience with them has been really good. We keep continuing to go with them every year. With regard to price, we got some competitive prices from another pest control company, and Terminix said that they would match the prices. So it was very reasonable. We pay an annual contract. There are three different fees. One is for pest control. Then they enclosed our crawlspace and put in a sump pump check on that. There is another one for termites.

Given the amount of rain in the area, we contacted Terminix for an inspection of possible termites and to quote routine bug spraying on the house. The provider was on time to the designated appointment and asked general questions. After about 15 minutes, he came back to the door and indicated that termites were discovered under 2 sections of the house. He also proceeded to inform us that we had "significant" flooding and that we needed to add a sump pump. When we asked about the sump pump pricing, he indicated he didn't do that kind of work and would have to contact another Terminix employee and would get back to us. As he was finishing up and getting ready to leave we asked for the quote and he indicated he would get back to us with everything. We understood the need to have another guy help with the sump pump, but did not understand why we could not have the quote for the termites and routine spraying. He indicated he would lump everything into one quote, which we informed him we didn't want him to do. We asked for a project by project quote and he said he understood and would get back to us in the next couple of days. We asked if he had a "estimate" or ballpark so we could begin looking at finances and he estimated $1500 for the sump pump work and probably $1500 for the termites. We continued with inspections and quotes from 3 other companies in the area while waiting to hear back from Terminix. The provider called about 7 days later and wanted to do an over the phone quote. We asked that he either email it or send us a hard copy as we were not going to approve a quote or job over the phone without seeing the numbers. He indicated he couldn't email it to us via company policy and would mail it to us. While we waited on the mailed quote, the other inspections showed something fairly alarming. All 3 companies indicated the space the Terminix inspector marked as having termites, did not have termites, but was wet from a minor leak and had water damage. All 3 did indicate we had termites, but that no structural damage was apparent and that the location was completely opposite side of the house from where Terminix said. They also all indicated that everyone had some flooding and that a sump pump would be an unwise investment at this time. All 3 asked us to accompany them on the inspection and pointed out specifically what to look for in the future as well. When the Terminix quote came in, we had a total of 4 to review. Their quote ended up being just shy of $4000 for all work. They had not spilt out the job as we asked so we can't account for what each project would have included. They were the highest quote of the 4. The lowest quote was for $650 for termites only. We choose a middle ground company that was licensed/bonded and had a 3 year warranty on all their work (the average amount of time for termites to do damage if found early is 2 years) and would maintain a bond on the house for roughly $75 a year less than the competitors. It wasn't so much the cost of the work that made our decision (it was important, but not the main factor). We believe we got a run around sale pitch. When we specifically asked for something in our quote, it wasn't given to us as asked. While we certainly felt like we got a little bamboozled on the quote, it was worse when 3 other companies confirmed it with theirs.

The ant problem actually got worse not long after the treatment, likely due to the unrelenting rain, however, as stated in the contract, we contacted them and he came out the next day to re-treat the kitchen area. The second application did the trick. As for termites, he found evidence in our garage but, since the tunnels didn't appear active he suggested waiting a few months. This turned out to be bad advice. We had another company look a week after Terminix for another quote and a couple of the tunnels were now clearly active. The other company got the contract for eradicating the termites. Luckily, we caught and eliminated the problem before they got into our home to do any serious damage.
