Terminix - Asheville - Termite & Pest Control

Didn't even go under the house, tried to sell a $1290 package to kill termites. Said it was too wet. If he thinks I am going to spend $1290 and he can't be troubled to even go look to see what is going on he is sadly mistaken.

They're great. We have a contract with them and they come about every 3 months. We are pleased and the technician that we have now is very thorough, you can tell if he likes his job or not and I specifically asked for thi one. So that's how we got him.

Tried to contact the provider four times over a six hour period at the number supplied by Angie's List. There was no answer so I am assuming they have changed their number but Angie's List has either not been notified or has not seen it of value to publish the new number.

He did a great job and even came out for follow up sessions. They have been very professional and great to do business with. He did great with our dogs as well. Their follow up has been the most impressive part of the business to me.

They were really great. Mike is a really nice guy. The girl in the office is very helpful as well. We have had Mike our three times. We had some extra issues that he came right out and fixed. We have been very happy with their service.

The terminix workman refused to treat my retaining wall for termites. He said that he could only contract to treat my entire house and grounds. He prepared to remove a hornet's nest. I ask if I should move all plants in the way. He responded that it would not be necessary and proceded to remove the hornet's nest. The result was that my plants were damaged and he left a terrible mess. Obviously, this was a disappointing experience on several levels. I would not call them again.

Overall, it took them two visits to take care of the problem. But they did it.

They do the job as they are supposed to. They also have a centracon and they do a great job with that.

I am very happy with Terminix and the services I receive from them. They seem very thorough when they do yearly inspection. They go through the whole underside of the house to check at everything.

They are good. They do charge quite a bit. They come out once a year for about 10-15 minutes and charge $150.

We use the services of Terminix for termite and pest control. They come out quarterly and I think he came out in April and he is coming tomorrow for a checkup. Termite control is once a year payment and pest control is quarterly and we pay each quarter for that. I would grade Terminix a B overall and the price is ok.

Terminix is going to come and check the moisture in the wood tomorrow. I had high moisture reading last year and he checked it a month later it was within acceptable limits so he is going to check is again tomorrow.

He beats the bugs for me. We pay them when they come out. We get a discount if we pay them immediately and that’s nice. They are very good and I had no problems with them. I don’t have any complaints about their price and I haven’t heard my husband having any complaints, so it’s okay I guess for what we get I am pretty happy. With respect to their responsiveness, they are immediate. They come out when they say they are going to come out. I think they are excellent with respect to professionalism. I have used them when we were in Clemson and before we moved to Clemson from Asheville and when we moved back to Asheville we kept our contact with them. Once in a while they are tardy but they call and tell me that they are going to be late so there is no complaint there.

I like that they are on time for appointment and they are easy to work with. There are no hassles.

I pay $365 a year for two different services and it turns out to be almost $600 for pest and termite control.

They've always been very good, the office staff are very friendly, and helpful and the technicians are very good at what what they do. They are very responsive and worked very quickly. I didn't have to wait on anything at all. They were on pointe and I didn't have do worry about a thing.

They do a good job. The people are very nice. They are very prompt and come out when you need them to.

They spray around the house and anything else we ask in relation to removing pests such as bees and hornets nests. That's their job - to keep the house free of any pests and bugs.

I don't know if I would recommend them. They are good about coming over and spraying but we continue to see the varmints that we asked them to get rid of. The ants have continued to be a problem and maybe there is nothing they can do. They do what they can do. We have an annual contract. They have been very responsive and came immediately when I called them back. I haven't compared their prices. They seem thorough and spend a lot of time spraying but I don’t know if it is effective. I will continue to use them.

I live in a very wooded area so it is important for me to keep the spiders, ants, and animals away. They are very friendly and do a good job. I believe the quarterly fee is about $75.

We're satisfied with them. They're good. If we see any pests, we call them and they are out that very day.

They've always been good. I have an annual contract with them. They always send the same people if they are available so I know the people coming to my house. I give them very specific instructions because my husband had cancer so I don't want certain pesticides used and they are very good about that. They are careful not to disturb me when I'm working. If a scheduling problem occurs they reschedule and they are very cordial. I've never had any complaints about them. I've had them as my pest control service for 18 years.
