I am happy with them. I have a quarterly contract with them. We had a contract to begin with and now it is $75 per visit. Their prices are bearable and not too high.

The guy who services my house does a very good job. He is very professional. You call him and he comes back out. He is good. Their price is high. I would use them in the future.

Jason, our serviceman, does a very good job and aims to "please". If any "pest" problems arise, a call to Terminix takes care of it.

There is a representative that comes to the house and does the job. There is nothing I don't like about them. They are punctual and she always has a smile on her face while she is working. We are going to put in a deck and so she was here on Monday and I talked to her about possibly how some of the cracks might have to be moved. We went over the process and she said how she would go through the process and how to handle it. She told us that she would take care of it when she comes on her next visit. I have a contract for a year. We had termites in the basement and that's what started the contract. We stay close to the woods and if we had termites coming up to the basement we better do something. She is our representative who comes every three months and checks everything and replaces everything. She is really nice.

They're very good. If you have any problems, the guy comes right out. He seems to work exclusively for the neighborhood, so he knows everyone.

We deal with Earney and he's wonderful. He goes above and beyond. If something happens in between our three month intervals, they come for free to take care of it.

Service has been very good. No complaints. Always willing to come back and re-treat areas if necessary. The only issue we have is that Terminix services tend to be expensive.

They come back every three to four months to retreat. We were very happy with everything they did for us. The ants disappeared. I was surprised at the cost, but I have nothing to compare it with. The price shown is per year.

He always assures us if anything comes up to call him. I have them perform their services every 3 months. The amount paid is yearly.

Our house was being invaded by ants - even in the dishwasher. We called Terminix and the technician went over the program which consisted of a year's contract costing $320 which included an initial service charge of $95. We hesitated at the cost but we hadn't been able to get rid of the pests so we consented. The tech performed the treatment and informed us that we shouldn't see any more ants after a couple of weeks. He must have been the pied piper of ants because we never saw another ant after that day. I don't know how other pest companies work as far as contracts and time limits but the contract and cost surprised me. The costs were not discussed until the technician reviewed our situation and we were not obligated to their terms.

I have been using their services for about fifteen years. They come out four times a year for the service contract. They will also come out any time you need them. They call to remind you that it is time for your quarterly and set up an appointment.

I have been using them for about three years. They are on time and do a good job. One time they came over when I was gone and missed a bee hive because they did not know about it. I called them up and they came right back and did not charge any extra and took care of the bees.
