Description of Work: They come spray inside and outside house quarterly and in between if I have a problem. I've had problems with ants and they cleared it up.

Description of Work: treated for pests indoors and out. Repeats every three months on annual contract. Followed up shortly after first treatment for bees (in the house).

Description of Work: Interviewed other termite companies. Al from Terminix was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He was on time, completed the inspection and provided me w/ a contract which was lower than the competitors.

Description of Work: They have a contract with our homeowners group. For what they treat for is adequate but for something complicated I would consider another pest control service.

Description of Work: I had ants coming in thru the sky light. It took three visits to finally find where they were. I live in a monolithic dome. I only allow outside spraying since then. The only thing I didn't like was that after the first quarter they sent someone different each time, and had to be instructed as to where not to spray and etc. The last time I forgot one place, but since it was in the Fall, I guess it didn't matter.

Description of Work: Terminix comes once a year. Sometime in the fall because we moved in on Labor Day weekend. So, the problem started close to that. The house was built in 2008 that's when they started to come. They come every year.

Description of Work: This company was unprofessional, rude, and uncommunicative. They would show up (supposably) to do treatments but no one ever saw them. We never received treatment notices on our doors. They never communicated termite trap reports or bug treatment reports. We had spider problems like crazy. We bought the premiere program, and paid it in advance. Horrible decision. In fact, we are not sure we ever had termites. They would give us a hard time to come back in between the 3 month program to do treatments even though they say in print/verbally they do so without hesitation. They talked down to me (a woman) even though I have a medical degree. We eventually ditched them after a year and it was a long wait to do so.

Description of Work: The gentleman from Terminex arrived on time. He sprayed the entire dweling inside and out and checked for any pests present. He even took a brush and cleaned off all the cobwebs on the exterior of the dwelling. He also took the time to point out an area on the roof that had been damaged by a tree. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing pest control service.
