Zack was very patient, professional and he took time to explain things that needed to be fixed and the areas that he fixed with pictures. Nice attitude and looked like a professional with a uniform. Spent a lot of time fixing things on the roof that may cause problems sooner rather than later, without any extra charges. Looking forward to having him back for the big job when it is due! Trustworthy & Professional and Reasonable!

After rescheduling several times, he arrived a couple hours late. He said there were screens on the gutters that were not doing much good and would need to be removed for him to do the job. I thought he said he would haul away at no charge. He cleaned and then charged $60 extra. He left a couple screens in the bushes, which I picked up and put in my garbage. They were very light, about a pound each and no trouble to dispose of. I felt totally ripped off that he charged $60 for disposal.

I?m angry re this lack of service but more in that this "no service?service" is not making Angies list word/reputation as solid as it deserves to be. I believe this company could use this negative experience to get their act together. This job had the effect of blowing off some stray leaves on the roof & actually =cleaning --as in blowing out---NOT WASHING--@ 6 screen-less ft. out of about 60' total. Had i been warned that he could not be troubled to remove the simple--[over the counter] screens we had installed ourselves---i would have removed them ... perhaps not with my handicapped stooped body ?-but we could have done prep work via friends/sons who can manage a ladder & easily meet whatever stopped him cold from 'CLEANING THE GUTTER. WISHFUL thinking?JOB needs to be done; hence to pay another i would like this deal rebated, returned, shipped via the queen mary ? they do not deserve to b paid as they proved they lack concern over customers needs?-However told it is too late for that. HOPEFULL OUTCOME: they completely clean ALL OUR GUTTERS?as we have had the guards removed?THEY LEARN HOW TO communicate with clients? I wonder?this is a lot of work-?needing a resolution?all unnecessary had he brought forth this need before actually showing up? DOES HE?THEY?UNDERSTAND THAT??? I am grateful i have angies list helping with this correction. Companies DO go through a growth process which includes learning what they r offering and what they need from a client. BIGGEST COMPLAINT I ALWAYS HEAR is "they didn?t do what they said they would do".

We bought this deal for my son's home. I was not present when the gutters were cleaned. But, it appears the job was done as well as could be expected and my son was pleased.

Very professional and helpful. Also identified some suspect areas on our roof.

It was okay. It was a little bit hard to get up with him to make the appointment. The other thing that concerned me was he didn't wear any safety gear. He went up on the roof. I've had gutter cleaning before and they were roped up but he didn't do that. The job was fine. I had to call him a couple of times and finally I had caught up with him. He didn't charge me more than the "Big Deal" I purchased. It was all I needed him to do. It was a good price. He did what I asked him to do. He was there when he said.

Two people came from Lite Speed, they were friendly and thorough. They told me of some other issues on my roof which they took care of for a small fee. They did a great job!
