Litespeed Construction and Kirby were amazing to work with. Kirby got us scheduled quickly and with no headaches. He was extremely professional with a great attention to detail. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Litespeed Construction for any roofing job you may have.

Jimmy came. Was on my roof 25 minutes tops. No caulking, no repair, just pulling out debris which he put in bags I provided then left me with them. For $175. The math speaks for itself. That's over $5 per minute. No thanks.

We obtained multiple bids but Kirby worked with us during the process and was flexible with solutions. They started on time and finished on time without any additional cost. Their crew was did an excellent job. We are very please with the work they performed

Kelly came when agreed, got up on the roof and assessed the situation from the inside and outside. He sealed what he thought to be the problem and it turned out he was right. The leak had been into a space that we couldn't get to. So, I bought a moisture meter and measured over the next month or so the moisture in the drywall. It eventually dried out and that is how I know the seal worked. So, this was all taken care of quickly and professionally. Since this part of the roof is not visible from the ground, exterior cosmetics were not a factor. Kirby warned me that the fix might last only a five years, but my roof is only 11 years old and he suggested that the roof shouldn't need replacing at this point. Bottom line: I would used them again because I think they are honest and capable.

Very professional, courteous and punctual. Informed customer that work was not needed for/on roof, saving considerable money for repairs that weren't necessary.

Then they told me I needed a new roof and gave an estimate.

They were suppose to clean gutters and check roof up to a 2 story house. We tried to get them out as soon as we purchased the deal on Angie's List but they kept postponing coming. When they finally showed up they said they were not able to clean the gutters on our house because they did not have a 2-story ladder with them. Never heard back. Contacted them and Angie's List for refund. Angie's List has said that we do not qualify for a refund because it was past 30-day time period that is in the fine print. We are still trying to get our refund.

Kirby came late in the day around 5pm, the same day we called him. When he arrived at our home he called to update us since we weren't home and we asked him to quote us for reattaching the front gutter that some separation in addition to cleaning the gutters. He thought it would have to be replaced and said he would contact us later with a quote to replace the gutter. He went about his job and cleaned the gutters well, was done in 30 minutes and was gone. Our only complaints are that he left debris from the back gutter in the driveway in front of the garage door and never got back to us about replacing the gutter.

I live in a gated community, and when they called me to let me know they were here for service my Voicemail box full, but they never even tried my call box. I was home waiting for them though and our number was at the gate. When I called them back about missed appointment I got no response. I called from my wife's phone and got them. I explained that I was partially at fault for this, and they told me that they had already contacted Angie's List about not honoring the deal, and that I needed to get a refund. So I did.

It went very well. Work was done in a timely manner with satisfactory results.

This provider did not do any repairs, caulking, resealing, or any other general maintenance. He did not go into the house to check for interior leaks. He did not provide any photos or other areas in need of repair. He only gave me an estimate for a new roof. In his quest to prove a point, he pulled up and broke some shingles that were not broken. He only laid them back down and did not attempt to repair or caulk them. On the Angie's list site he states that estimates are free but I ended up paying $99 for this one and will now be forced to repair even more of the roof since he broke some of the shingles. This roof is only about 10 years old. Not impressed with service. Debris still on roof when done, gutters remain leaky and unrepaired. Seemed more like a lead-in to an upsell rather than a service.

It took us a while to get it scheduled (almost five months) but I take credit for that as much as Lightspeed could. We like Lightspeed and plan to use them again the the Spring. We need a powerwash on the cedar siding and we appreciate the care that the folks put into doing the job well the first time.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for gutter and roof cleaning and minor gutter repair. After rescheduling once, the person came out to do the work. I was asked if I had any leaf bags, which I just happened to have, but had not been told in advance that I would be required to provide them. The service provider cleaned the gutters but left some debris on the roof. The bags were filled but left in the yard for me to dispose of. Some of the leaves were just left on the ground. The minor gutter repair that was specifically mentioned in the coupon fine print was not not completed. The service provider did stop up a small hole in one of the gutters but did not take a ladder and re-fasten a gutter that was loose in one small area of the house, Instead, he told me that I need new gutters and gave me an estimate for doing that. It seems to me that this coupon was just a marketing ploy for selling his company's gutter replacement package. I have had better service for the same price from other providers.

The people that did the gutter cleaning, all of the stuff that were in the gutters which was rotted pine needles, they just threw them down in the shrubbery. I called the company and complained, they are going to give me a free gutter cleaning. It's pretty disappointing because I had them clean before and you'd never know they were there except the gutters were clean. This one, they were rotted pine needles all around the house. I don't know if I will take advantage of the free one or not. It was not real satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend them. There are too many other options. The customer service was excellent. For professionalism, this is other than the people that performed the service, I'm talking about on the phone. Their customer service were very professional. I would use them again only if it was my only option. I would not choose them.

After waiting until about 3:00pm on the day they were scheduled to come to my house they called and said that the guy who was supposed to provide the service had been kept at the previous appointment to do some repairs and he would not be able to come that day and that the earliest I could reschedule was a week later. I was not very pleased about this especially since I had not been informed that they didn't start doing gutter cleaning until the afternoon. I insisted on rescheduling for the first appointment of the day the following week and also insisted that it be first thing in the morning as I didn't want to have to wait all day at home not knowing what time they would come. The employee showed up finally at my house an hour late because he had put the wrong address into his GPS and then greeted me with the news that he had just enjoyed his son's first birthday party. I'm afraid I couldn't join in his happiness given what had happened with the first appointment and now the second. I would have hoped that there would have been more of a particular effort to get there on time the second time. The owner of the company did call and apologize for the problems with the first appointment and offered to give me free gutter cleaning the next time I wanted it done, which will probably not be until next fall. All of this being said, the work was done efficiently and professionally once the employee finally got to my house.

Service was first rate. Technician cleaned gutters, reattached loose items, and did an overall roof inspection while there. Before leaving, he cleaned up the debris, and promised a quote for new gutters and roof, as well as roof repair. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism, and will use them again!

Our experience was delightful. We will definitely call them again. Very professional and courteous. And fast. He was done in a flash. Wonderful!!

In addition to the expected caulking and inspection, provider supplied pictures of the roof and blew leaves off of it. Service was prompt - the day after I called for an appointment. He suggested re-shingling the roof in about a year and offered to send an estimate for shingle replacement but was not pushy. He was very cordial.
