They did a fine job. They were very courteous, on time, and did a nice job. I am very pleased with the work they did. They stayed within the $89 Big Deal purchase price. I am very happy with them.

I was quite satisfied with the work. They also had to seal the gutters. I think a regular gutter cleaning is around $100 but I had leaks in the joints of my gutters so they also did that. They were very efficient at their job and very nice people to deal with. They were a couple of young fellows.

Came within a day of request for a gutter that was hanging loosely from where it had pulled out. Fixed it perfectly and cleaned two levels of gutters. Friendly, courteous service. Thought repair would have cost more but was a simple reattachment and gutter cleaning was great and much needed to clear out a lot of debris.

The gutters on my home were in terrible shape, bent and full of debris. This company arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and left my yard looking better than when they started. Superb!

Generally good. However, i suspect that, while using leaf blowers to clear the gutters, they blew too many leaves into the down spouts, causing partial blockage. Will caution them in the future.

They did a pretty good job and I was satisfied with the work. They were responsive and did what I asked them to. I didn’t have any issues with them and they went out of their way to do what I asked in a timely and efficient manner.

Some confusion on getting here. Got here too late in the day twice. Did a good job when they had time.

Showed up when they said they would. Polite, communicative, no surprises. AAA job. Cleaned up all debris and blew off driveway and walkway. That was not expected but appreciated. I'll be calling them every year.

The men who responded did a great job, and they went above and beyond by getting some old paint off some of the panes. I would definitely use them again.

A couple of young fellows came here. They were up, they banged around and they left. That was it and they didn’t ask if they could do anything else. They did what they did. I was just expecting a little bit more. They came promptly. They were here within 3 or 4 days. I think they may have changed my appointment little bit but they were here pretty promptly after I purchased it. It said gutter cleaning and inspection and they would tell me if I have got any problems. They got their stuff up and they were gone. It was like a yard service. It was a big deal purchase. I thought the price was quite fair for what they did. In terms of quality, the worst part I couldn’t get to they cleaned that good. They came about when they said but they changed my appointment. On the day before or the day of the work they said they are coming couple of hours earlier.

Crew arrived on time and completed tasks quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess. Prompt, courteous service.

Excellent work by two bright professional young men. Since the silicone used required a set time and since rain was in the forecast, they offered to come back at no charge if I had problems with the work due to inadequate cure time.

Michael and Leroy (LJ) did a good job. They called before coming over, arrived on time, and did the work as requested. They did not charge extra for my one picture window. Michael actually went above and beyond the job description, in completing a small handyman task that I needed done and couldn't do myself. He did this at no charge. I would use their services again.

They did great! They scheduled. They were able to complete a job early so they called and asked if they could come to me early. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well after themselves. I do have a very tall house and steep roof, but it didn't bother them. They did let me know of a potential problem with one of my boots around a vent and they did a small repair to one of the gutters for a small extra charge. They were very thorough and quick. They even did a follow up call after the work was done.

I was very pleased with the professionalism this company and their people have demonstrated. They called to help set the initial appointment, came when they said they would, performed the work we discussed, and provided me with a full assessment of the gutters and drainage system on my home. They answered every question I had and I never felt they were trying to push me into anything that was not needed. I was very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them to others.

Hired Higher Ground to wash inside and outside house windows. They responded quickly and gave me an estimate in a couple of days. Their estimate looked reasonable so I hired them to wash 40 windows. They showed up when they said they would and did the work in a few hours. I am very pleased with the results. Only two of the windows had any signs of streaks and they were only visible late in the day when the sun was low in the sky. I could not see them at any other time and especially at the time they actually did the work. I'm sure the workers couldn't see them at the time they did the washing. All the rest of the windows sparkle and I am very pleased with the work and punctuality.

They did not clean it thoroughly the first time and it was their words not mine so they came out the second time. I would give that to them. They did respond fast.

The guys who did the pressure washing and window washing were great -- on-time, professional, and thorough. They made sure I was pleased with their work at each stage. I will definitely hire Higher Ground again when I need pressure washing or window cleaning.
