Description of Work: The owner of the company came by the day before his 2 man crew and was very professional. He really listened as I described what was wrong with my gutters,(waterfalls, leaking at the seams, and pooling water at the base of my foundation. |He said the crew would clean the gutters, seal the seams, and run a hose in the gutter to see if there were other leaks. Well, when the 2 guys arrived, they used a leaf blower to get rid of the leaves. This procedure lasted only 10-15 minutes and they said they were done. I asked about the rest of my repairs and they stated that nothing else was on my order. When I showed them my original order they went up and sealed 2 seams.(10 min.) They did not test the gutter using the hose, so I had to wait for it to rain and observe where the water went. It has improved to a point but there are still some leaks. I thought the $99 Deal would involve more than blowing leaves. I could have asked a neighbor to do that and saved myself some money. I think what bothered me was that the whole job lasted less than 1/2 hour and no water test was done. |

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the windows on the first and second floor plus a hard to reach window on the 3rd floor. They were on time, got their work done, did an excellent job and have me a good price beyond the Angie's List coupon that I had. I would definitely use them again!
