Description of Work: The offer was for 20 outside windows or 10 inside and outside windows cleaning. We had them do all our windows inside and outside. They did an excellent job and the additional cost was appropriate.

Description of Work: I initially bought the gutter cleaning Angies's list offer. I called them a few days later and they were very responsive and got me scheduled within a few days. They arrived on time with a 2 man crew and did a very thorough cleaning - using safety harnesses to get to some areas. They identified a few areas where the gutter system needed some repair and gave me a very reasonable estimate to come back with the parts and complete the work. They were great with doing the follow-up work at the agreed price. Very polite and professional crew and office staff. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They cleaned out our gutters - checked to make sure they were secure - they also replaced a bolt in a shutter that we could not reach because we needed a longer ladder. Excellent service as always!

Description of Work: We called Higher Ground Rainwater Systems because of the deal they were offering for a "roof inspection and tune-up." The two men who did the work were punctual and extremely nice. Once up on the roof, they ascertained that there were some roof shingles missing. They put a tarp over the area and made plans to return with the shingles they needed to replace. They did a great job and I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Services Provided: Gutter Guard Installation and Gutter/Downspout Cleaning. |My experience with Higher Ground was excellent. I submitted a request for an estimate via their website, and the next morning Laura from their office called to set up an appointment. Owner Ben came to give the estimate, and he was punctual and very professional. He recommended the isntallation of gutter guards, but at no time did I feel pressured to make the purchase. We ended up installing the gutter guards and signed up for an annual maintenance plan - which I found to be very reasonably priced.

Description of Work: The value of this deal went toward a bill I was sent toward window washing which, to my dismay, came in way over the deal I bought on window washing because "they were very dirty"..it didn't state any extra charge on the deal I bought for "dirty" windows; and what's worse was that I used this company (with deals and without deals) numerous times..but no consideration given..otherwise they always did a good job
