Description of Work: They examined roof for damage after hailstorm. Also clean gutters twice a year. We also have them clean our windows! They are very good, professional and can be trusted.

Description of Work: Replaced some gutters and covered gutters with debris guards. Installers missed one of the items described in the proposal and had to come back to finish the work. Quality of the work done was excellent except for having to come twice. They did not call on the day the work was done. The facility is not usually occupied, however they did not need entry to do the work.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List Deal for a roof inspection and tune up. The young men from Higher Ground came out on time and performed these services. They ascertained that several roof shingles had blown off and will return to put new ones on. |This company has worked for us before and we think they are great!

Description of Work: Cleaned debris off the roof and the one section of open gutter. Then blew around the house, deck and driveway. Left it clean and tidy.

Description of Work: Higher Ground was able to come out next day to assess my gutter issue, which was GREAT because I was freaking out that we had a major problem. I did have to wait about 10 days for the gutter cleaning, but the guys did a great job and very quickly at that.

Description of Work: A team of two inspected my roof for leaks, found the leak which was due to a cracked and deteriorated boot, and replaced the boot. The team was very professional and efficient - they brought the broken boot to show me. I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I've had these folks cleaning my gutters for the past 2 or 3 years. They do a great job, clean up very well, are a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. In addition to cleaning the gutters, they also check out the roof and any potential problems up there. Last time they were here they even went up into the attic crawl space just to ensure everything was OK! They also redid my underground drains which had collapsed and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: This company sent two wonderful young men out to do a roof check up on our roof. They discovered that a few roof shingles were missing. After showing us pictures and checking with us, they ordered the shingles that we needed. They came back a few days later and installed the shingles. The guys were wonderful!

Nothing seemed to go well during this business transaction - from a huge contract misquote to delays in intstall and damage to some plants. The work when it was done looks very nice, no complaints in that area. I hope that I was the "learning curve"and that these types of business errors do not happen to any other customers in the future.
