Description of Work: These guys called first and then came on time. They inspected the entire roof and repaired a few minor things. They were very courteous and professional. I will most certainly request their service again.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. We also used them to install new gutters. Will continue to use them for gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: installed gutters and rain guards, offered estimates for additional gutters on a shed. |Rainguards noted to pop out of gutters shortly after installation and we had to ask Higher Ground to return to reinstall.

Description of Work: Came to investigate possible leak around chimney. (Some water was leaking through to a ceiling to one side of the chimney). They spent around 20-30 mins on the roof. Did some minor "patching up" but said they couldn't be sure if the problem was around the chimney. |We also talked about another drainage problem we have. Have agreed to have an estimate for that job. Another person is coming to do that this week. |We also got them to quote for power washing the sidings. The quote is very reasonable. |

Description of Work: We have had these guys out for gutter cleaning for several seasons. I would highly recommend them. They are on time, do good work and leave the yard without a trace.

Description of Work: they arrived early in the am - we've used their services previously - always totally satisfied - I asked them to check several gutters which had showed evidence of water run-off - when they had completed the work, they indicated that the gutters were clear of Fall/Winter debris -

Description of Work: Inspected my roof and reportedly caulked four unspecified areas. |A message was left on my telephone answering machine five minutes before he arrived at my house (an hour earlier than the appointment time) indicating the service provider would be arriving early. I arrived home a half an hour later (a half hour before the appointment time) and my brother-in-law, who didn't know the service provider was coming told me he had come and might still be here. The service provider was gone, however. My attempt to reach him at the number he'd called me (my answering machine) from was unsuccessful - no answrr and no voice mail set up. I called the office and they were unsuccessful reaching the service provider; I was told that I would be called and given results the next day. I received a phone call, was told that my roof was fine and that four areas had been caulked but they could not tell me what the four areas were. | |I am very disappointed with the service I received and think it was a waste of my money.

Description of Work: Installed a PVC french drain down the uphill perimeter of my house. The work was well done, but unfortunately they got started without notifying me the day(s) before. I got a call from my wife wondering why the yard was dug up. Luckily they missed my underground conduit heading to my outbuilding. But once that was straightened out everything was pretty professional.
