It was just fine, it was just two young kids who came out and they did a really good job. They were on time, very kind and respectful and they got the job done in a good amount of time.

Received a quick response indicating he would go over and give me a quote "as soon as he can". Over a week later, had not heard from him so went with someone else. I needed the work done within 2 weeks of making the initial request. Would have been nice if he had just said he did not have time, or given me a follow up ETA, or at least said he was not interested in the job if that was the case.

I was very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. The contractors were very personable and answered all my questions about the job. The work was performed in approximately 30 minutes and corrected the problem of standing water in my front gutter. I was so pleased with their work that I signed up for their annual service agreement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their gutters cleaned!

Twice delayed but that was not a problem. I had materials which could be used and some was. The original estimate was for $265.00. They did not notice that the existing downspout was not available to use and had to purchase more. The price was raised twice. The installation was shoddy. One end of the gutter they installed was 6" plus lower. They didn't use a level but guesstimate as to leveling the gutter for efficient water flow. They raised the end of the gutter. It is a fairly long gutter and doesn't look straight but 'wavy'. We haven't had any rain but only hope it drains.

Ben returned our call and came the same day to look at the house. With one tour around the house he was able to give an estimate. He said he would come Friday morning between 9-11 am with his crew to do the job. He did not arrive during that window of time, but did come at 11:30 am Friday morning with 1 or 2 other people. They worked on the job for about 1.5 hours and he adjusted his original estimate to reflect changes they found during the job, so it ended up costing a little less than he'd originally anticipated ($140 cleaning; $40 gutter repair). Since the job, it hasn't really rained much, but we're hoping for positive results!

We saw this company at one of our neighbors and asked them to stop and give us a quote. The quote was reasonable. We scheduled the work. They came out on the correct day. They did a good job and cleaned up after they were finished. We had them come back and pressure clean the back of the house the next time. They did an excellent job again. They are prompt and courteous.
