Great, showed up on time, worked efficiently and completed the job.

After two cancellations by the company, they arrived 45 minutes late. A serviceman was dropped off with an air compressor and high pressure wand. He cleaned the bottom half of the house first, which seemed strange to me, but did a good job. He then used a 3 story extension wand to wash the main level and upstairs of the house. I asked him if it wouldn't be easier to use a ladder - and do a better job. He told me the extension would do fine. When he was done, a helper in a truck carrying ladders returned. The exterior side of the gutter was not completely clean to my satisfaction. The other service man went over it again.

The quality of the pressure wash itself on the vinyl siding was acceptable, but there were a few areas where the gutters were not completely clean. The men mentioned they do not use diluted bleach due to environmental concerns, but said they may use a detergent if necessary. Because of the lateness of the hour, I didn't really get a chance to inspect the work until the next day, and I don't know if they used detergent on those areas. As late afternoon wore on, it became evident this was a long day for the young men doing the work which might explain why their clean-up was unacceptable. They appeared to be in a hurry to leave. They left my deck furniture scattered around on the deck--my grill even blocking the French door leading to the deck so I couldn't open the door from inside the house. I had to ask them to put the furniture back. The second guy said he "thought the other guy had done it". A lot of material spashed up on the house and windows, but they said "it was just loose and would come off easily". I asked them to spray off some of this material with my garden hose, but wound up doing it myelf. I wanted it done correctly, and I could tell their heart was not in it, and they wanted to go. Overall they did an acceptable job under the circumstances of arriving later in the day than planned, then having to play "catch-up". By e-mail I discussed the problems I had with the clean-up, and my disappointment with the condition they left my house, (especially for the extra price charged for the deck and patio), with the manager. He was reasonable to deal with, and said, (see below), I apparently had not received the usual attention to detail his company normally provides, so he offered me a free gutter clean-up for a later time. Since I have "Gutter-Guard", I asked if he could take the cost of that service off my present bill, and he agreed, I had a refund check for $100 within two days. If he had not taken this action, I would not have considered using the company again in the future--but he did. I believe he cares about the quality of his work plus his reputation, and wants his customers to be happy.

He was late but called me to explain I had to reschedule an appt to accomadate him. He was very thorough but took a lot longer than expected.

Everything about the job was abolutely superb except they arrived late to start. They did call ahead to explain and I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in doing that.

Ground level on the front and 2 stories at the back. They zipped through in less than an hour, arrived-actually early, and cleaned up everything very nicely. Very professional. I would hire them again.

I took advantage of the Big Deal that was offered through Angie's List for gutter cleaning from Higher Ground. I called and spoke to Scott and we set the date. The crew of Chris and Zach actually arrived 40 minutes earlier than we discussed and set right to work. Even though I thought the way that our house was built would present some problems (i.e. where the gutters were and how high off the ground, etc.) the guys were not concerned and had experience with this. Chris and Zach were very professional, thorough, and did a great job. I was so impressed that I signed up for their Scheduled Maintenance Plan to have my gutters routinely cleaned twice a year. I highly recommend this company for gutter cleaning.

I called Higher Ground after purchasing an Angie's List Big Deal coupon. I don't recall exactly what happened after that but scheduling the job was a bit frustrating. There were some miscommunications. With window washing weather is a factor that plays into scheduling. One thing I do remember is that on a day when the job was NOT scheduled I received a call from Higher Ground saying that they were on the way over to do the job. The guy who called seemed unaware that they weren't scheduled at my house that day. Anyway, eventually they did come on the scheduled day and they showed up during the expected window of time. The job was well done and I appreciated that one of the two crew members showed me exactly how they did it and what tools they used so that I could do it myself in the future if I wanted to. I liked the two young men who did the work. They were able to clean a few more windows than I had originally planned on having them do and I appreciated their flexibility. I don't know how their prices compare to that of other window washing service providers. I had purchased an Angie's List coupon that covered a certain number of windows at a discounted price and I paid full price for some additional windows. I didn't shop around.

These guys cleaned the gutters out and didn't leave any dirt on the ground or in the gutters. They inspected the gutters and did some repairs and make recommendation on how to make it drain better. They spent a long time doing it.

We bought the deal on Angie's list, scheduled the job, they came out as scheduled on time, and performed the job.

They did a great job, didn't try to rush and made sure the work was done right. The quality was very high and my windows looked great.

They were great; they were really good. He went over everything that he was going to do before he did it. It was a nice professional job. The people were professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Their service is fantastic. Their prices are reasonable and their follow up is also fantastic. They are quick to get the service completed and to schedule the appointment. We are very pleased with their service.

They recommended other work that did not need to be done. Overall, the work they did was good. They did what they were supposed to and were really easy to get a hold of.

They were really helpful. We have really nice gutters, and they know what they are doing and always do a good job. They even traveled from Ashville to Waynesville to do the work.

Gutter cleaning went really well. They call in advance and let you know when they're coming. Clean up very good !

The service went very well. I made an appointment. They have come back twice. I think I am going to use them again to install a rain barrel. Their service was very good.
