Description of Work: The windows were cleaned inside and out, as were the screens. The service was so good, in fact, that I decided to have seven more windows cleaned (in addition to the thirteen covered by the special promotion). The cleaners were indeed professional, courteous, patient, remarkably thorough.

Description of Work: Ours is a very large home with numerous windows (54). We had Higher Ground come to do window cleaning inside and out. We have had other people clean the windows previously, but the quality and care of our property was exceptional with Higher Ground. In addition, we have had them clean our gutters on a quarterly basis. They are very careful not to throw debris on plants and to clean up any debris that is removed from gutters. The young men are neat and clean looking and very polite with caling us by our names as Mr. or Mrs. and asking us if we have special care requests. We have used this company for two years and would recommend them highly. Gutter cleaning and window cleaning is not cheap in a large home with so many windows, gutters, and eaves, but it is well worth it to maintain a quality appearance. They have never gone over an estimate which, to me, says it all. You pay the estimate and they don't rachet up the price. Good Company!

Description of Work: We had the overhangs and gutters power washed. The company did a good job. They also power washed my back steps at no charge. I also use Higher Ground to clean our gutters three times a year. The work is always done in a timely and professional manner. When I had an issue with clogged drain lines, they cleaned out the lines at no charge. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.
