Description of Work: They cleaned four carpets in house and two area rugs at their shop. They also attacked a very challenging problem with two sofas and succeeded. They put all items back in place and left the house sparkling. We're very satisfied and very grateful.

Description of Work: I just moved to Asheville. The very light tan carpet in the house had been cleaned previously by the seller but there were stains on it that I wanted a different cleaner to try to remove. The crew from five-step carpet care did their best to get all the stains out. They also scotch guarded the carpet to prevent further staining. I was very impressed by their diligence even though they were unable to remove some of the darker stains and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They picked up (promptly) 3 rugs, phoned us with an estimate of the cost and an appraisal of the cleaning problems with our paritcular rugs. It took about a week. They delivered them promptly. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. There were some dog urine stains which they completely removed. We were pleased with the result.

Description of Work: Very professional! Carpets look great. Showed up on time. If you have pet issues, this is the carpet cleaner for you. Have spent about the same amount of money for others, but so far this is the best results yet. Odor and stain gone still after three weeks. Other cleaners come and stains are back in weeks--highly recommend!
