Efficient, and timely. Very professional. Would highly recomend.

I was so impressed with their service. Called on a Monday, they were out on Tuesday morning. prompt, and efficient. He showed up, had all the materials he needed ready to go, and went right to work. Was done in less than an hour.

Had a flood when using dishwasher. Ken Holbert came promptly, explained the problem to me clearly, and fixed it. Great!

It was great except for the price.

Except for some minor confusion about the time of arrival, things went well. Called and they were out the next day. I'd say it was a professional job, well done.

We were able to get an appointment promptly and the plumber showed up right on time. He went above and beyond in finding what was causing a leak under our sink and clearly explaining the problem to us. He even called the faucet manufacturer himself to order a replacement faucet for us under warranty. We will definitely use this company again.

My gas Rheem water heater malfunctioned and we had no hot water. Had another company come take a look at it and recommended we replace it even though it was only 6 years old and still under warranty. This was after waiting 3 days from making the initial call. After being in shock from the previous recommendation we called Ken of Carolina Plumbing and he came out that same day. He took a look at our water heater and diagnosed the problem, which was a malfunctioning pilot. He was able to temporarily fix it and give us hot water that same day until a part was shipped (which was free since the water heater was still under warranty). So he basically just charged us for labor and actually did some maintenance work on it as well We were very grateful for Ken's knowledge of water heaters and his willingness to get us hot water after not having any for 4 days. Would definitely recommend him to any of our friends and family who are in need of a friendly and knowledgable plumber.

Outside faucet had frozen and was leaking. We called, he replied promptly, appointment set, was actually early, fixed the problem with absolutely no wasted time or motion, and the problem was fixed and doing well! OUTSTANDING!

He is very professional. He covered his shoes and did everything correctly for us. He fixed our problem. He was very good. I have got a $25 discount for using Angie's list. I would like to tell other people that he is really professional and did a great job for us. We plan on using him again.

Based on positive Angies List reports, I called Ken and got an appointment for a few days later. A day before our scheduled app't, he called to say he was free that afternoon, if it was OK to come by and assess the problems. He inspected the leaking spray hose, looked at the parts diagram, and then decided he could cure it by adding an O-ring, rather than by replacing worn parts. It was unconventional, but worked perfectly. After inspecting the toilet, he determined that the fill hose setup was causing a siphon, which slowly drained water out of the tank. He cured it by shortening and re-arranging the hoses. He remarked that he had seen this before, and it had taken him many trips before he had discovered the problem. Both problems were diagnosed and solved quickly. I suspect that a less experienced plumber would have taken much longer and cost much more, since both problems were tricky, not obvious. he was pleasant, prompt, and professional. 5 stars.

On a Saturday evening at 7 PM my garbage disposal unit under the kitchen sink broke loose from its holder and fell to the cabinet floor pulling out all the CVC pipes with it. The sink and dishwasher were both unusable and a big dinner was being prepared. I called two other companies that stated the did "24 Hour Emergency Service" but I never received a call back from either of them. Then I called Ken Holbert with Carolina Plumbing Contractors and left a message on the answering machine. In no time at all, he had called back and was here promptly. He fixed the problem, but also noted some difficulties with the way the pipes were initially installed that would most likely cause more problems in the future. He returned two days later just as he said he would and fixed the pipes so that the possibility of problems was put to rest. Not only did he do that, but he picked up two halogen light bulbs to fix burned out lighting units under my kitchen cabinets. He had noticed those when he was working on Saturday night. He also checked the plumbing in my two bathrooms and tightened and caulked the two toilets which the contractor had left loose. I would definitely recommend him. He is a great plumber and also a man of integrity.

They were excellent. The worker who came was knowledgeable, and I was shocked that he spent so much time with me answering the questions I had about several things apart from the small project he did. Also, he came within a day of my call. He did a good job and I’m going to have him back to do some other work later on.

Ken and his team arrived on time each day, and worked straight through the day. The did everything they said they would and even helped us with some other small jobs we needed done.
