Description of Work: This past winter my upstairs gas furnace was not running properly and it was too cold to heat with the heat pump. Bullman's responded promptly and determined the problem was a clogged condensation line. Once the unit was cleaned and generally checked over, it worked good as new. | |I've used Bullman in the past to correct improperly installed thermostats, add dampers to my distribution lines and down fire an oversized gas unit. Our comfort level increased considerably afterwards. They also charged me less than their original quote. All technicians were very well mannered and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very confident in the ability of Bullman's staff to diagnose and repair my equipment when needed. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: I wanted them to quote more than any other contractor. They are the local Trane A/C rep. They wanted to quote another brand stating that they were dissatisfied with Trane. I insisted and they never returned my calls and I called several times more! They'll not get another call from me ever! I bought the highly rated American Standard (by Consumer Reports)which is made by Trane.

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company Joey Bullman was my salesman....Will West and Aaron Webb were my installers and my wife and I could not be more pleased...everyone did exactly what they said they would. They were very picky and extremely professional...they would not enter the house without booties for the shoes. At the end of the day when everything was done Will started the system and found there was a problem with the existing thermostat wiring...he called Joey and asked permission for overtime to correct the problem. Joey said by all means and never asked the "why" for the overtime. Will had to remove the sheet rock from the wall to access the wiring and this caused about 2 hours overtime. Bullman Heating was recommended to me by a friend and I confirmed my choice of them using Angie's List. Prior to this we had a fireplace and propane heater and used electric space heaters when it was very cold...now the whole house is cozy and the electric bill was lower than previous months. My wife and I highly recommend these folks for any of your AC or Heating needs.
Description of Work: Installed a complete Trane 15 SEER Hi-Efficiency Heat pump with variable speed air handler, Clean Effects Air Cleaner and 10 year parts and labor extended warranty.

+ -1 moreIt went very well from time original estimate done til work completed. Very professional work crew, responsive to questions, good explanations given for some minor changes done. Office staff helpful with paperwork, all permits taken care of including county inspection at finish.
Description of Work: Installed new heat pump & air handler in a new location, did all new wiring, added vents to basement level, removed old system and hauled away. Good cleanup afterwards.

Description of Work: Assess and repair a gas leak in our furnace. The gas co had determined we had a gas valve leak in the propane furnace and Bullman was called to assess and repair.

+ -1 moreBullman responded promptly to my call for an estimate. Once their offer was accepted, (on a Friday) they scheduled the work for Monday. They arrived exactly on time and within a few hours had the emergency heat turned on. The work was completed the next day.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. We were pleased with every aspect of the work. It was timely and was professionally installed. We also financed the entire project through Bullman with a six-month same as cash finance.
Description of Work: We had propane heat with a separate whole-house air conditioner. With the rise in the cost of propane, we decided to have an electric heat pump installed. Bullman installed a new Trane heat pump and a whole-house humidifier. They integrated it into the existing propane air exchanger. In addition, they installed a programmable thermostat that controls the heat, the air and the humidity.
