We were told we needed to replace the heat pump. They came out and were able to fix that. They saved us $6000. We continued to use them after that.

They found a valve stuck open, replaced and refill the Freon a week went by they had to come back due it not heating, found it was overfilled no charge.

It only ran me a $1,000 deductible on my homeowner’s insurance. The total price for it would have been about $8,500 to $9,000. They were fantastic.

The cost was extra, but you get a discount on parts of labor when you have the contract. That helps pay back part of the contract. It is cheaper that way. The technician was good, he had been here before so I knew them. I had no problems.

We switched to them because the company we were with before had given me a quote and then decided that they were too busy to do that. We had a problem with one room in the house that was cold. I was really impressed with them when I originally went up there to inquire about a part for our central vac system. I think they are reasonable on price. I did some comparison shopping, and they weren't any more or less than the others. The part has worked just fine since then.

We have a contract with them and they come once in the spring and once in the fall for the heating unit's. They are good. I have been pleased with them. We are in our third year with them. They usually send out one person to do the tuneup's twice a year. There is nothing that I am unhappy about at this point.

They are high priced but do quality work.They are dependable and reliable. The workers are dependable and professional.

This group of HVAC pro's were the best! They were prompt and punctual with their arrival and departure. They also performed their duties and installed an amazing new system for us. Can't say enough good things about Bullman.

They came one time before and fixed a problem and the next guy came out and said he fixed a problem that wasn't there. The first guy charged me for something I didn't need but the second guy fixed it and didn't charge me. I think it's pricey, but they're competent. The workers were fine. No problem.

I have been using them for 15 year and I am not switching because they do an awesome job. Just one person came, and it took approximately one hour. They left it A+ clean.

Bullman Heating & Air came out on top of four estimates I received for a new Heating & Air Unit. From start to finish, everything was done in a professional, friendly manner. Will West, the project manager explained everything, even handling all rebate forms. Stanley and Gary handled the installation on time, paying attention to detail and completely cleaning up afterwards. They even took a few minutes to help with with a carpentry problem I had. Everyone at Bullman from the receptionist to their electrictian Eric, did a great job!

We've been here for 2 years so I don't know whether we started using them right away or not. We have a geothermal heating system so it's a little bit different than the normal system. We have what they call a water furnace so it's a little different heating and cooling system. I think we were having a problem with the air conditioner, it didn't seem like it was getting the temperature down so I think we called them then. My husband usually deals with the cost. I think in an emergency it was a reasonable time that they were able to respond.

We have a service contract with them. They come twice a year and clean what they need to clean.

Branson came out and did a walk-through with me. I had already done a lot of research and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and the parts cost. Branson listened to my choices, gave me a quote for exactly what I asked for with fair labor costs, and never tried to upsell me. This is something I greatly appreciated. Our home was built in the early 60s and was using a circa 60s oil boiler to provide radiant baseboard heat. The cost to replace the boiler itself was about the same as having the two minisplits installed so we basically got a/c for free and the units are far more efficient than any boiler could ever be. The installers were very professional and basically had everything done in one day. We haven't had a chance to us the units much, but they're mostly to keep a decent ambient temp during the day for our pets when we are not home.

We are exceptionally pleased with the workmanship and quality of the system. Our electric bills this winter have been very low and we are quite comfortable. Our builder even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of the ductwork. We also have had one service appointment for routine maintenance, and the technician was outstanding. The Waterfurnace system is so quiet! I am computing our taxes, and the credit is wonderful--we are so glad we had this system installed! Quality work throughout! This was not the cheapest option, but we estimate that it will pay for itself in 5 years.

When I called for service the staff was professional and friendly; the repairman was on time, knowledgeable and efficient, he had all the tools on the truck. A part needed to be ordered, it arrived as planned; and they came back on the day they they scheduled on the first call to install the part. The owners and staff of this company are very trustworthy, I've even trusted them with keys to my home. The owners, office personnel, and service people are the absolute best. If you need a new HVAC system that will be installed in a timely manner and one that will pass all inspections the first time around, this is the company to call. I would not trust my heating and cooling service and repairs to anyone but Bullman.

Had a simple communications issue (faulty e-mail) that delayed a response, so had already hired another company - received a nice apology from the owner - did not end up using, but seems like a fine local company

Owner Branson Bullman assessed the job and gave us two options. He then came back with a third option which was less money and accomplished the task. He personally came the first day to insure his associates knew exactly what he was hoping to do as well as getting their input so as to insure the job was done correctly. His two associates worked the better portion of two days. They were extremely polite, clearly knew their trade and very clean at the end of the day. Branson called to make sure we were satisfied which we were very pleased. He then stopped in person the next day to inspect the job and answer any questions. We couldn't have asked anything more. I highly recommend him and his company.

They are wonderful! I know I can get my tune-ups cheaper, but sometimes cheaper isn't better. They have provided superb service for me. The technicians are great.

You need an A++ rating for this company. Everyone was professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. They valued my opinions and asked for my input on every decision which would impact the use of my home. Crew #1(5 people) arrived on Sept 10 to begin drilling two 325 foot wells for the geothermal piping. They drilled both wells in two days with as little damage to my lawn as possible. They graciously answered all my questions and allowed me to check out every portion of the operation as they drilled, installed the pipe and cemented it in place. They finished on time so that Crew #2 could start work on Sept 12. Crew #2 (3 people) dug a trench from my home to the two wells, connected the wells together and ran the piping into my basement. They again answered my questions and I had many because the piping was not what I expected and I wanted to know how it worked. They allowed me to take tons of pictures and waited until I was ready for them to refill the trench and grade my front lawn. The backhoe operator even assisted the geothermal crew to install the horizontal piping making the job easier for the geothermal guys. Due to my work schedule, Crew #3 was not able to start until Sept 22. They arrived bright and early every day for the two weeks they were on the job. On day 1 they removed my entire oil burner and woodstove system and laid out the final plans for how the new system would fit into my basement. They took care to give me as much ceiling height as possible since my sons are 6'1" and 6'3" tall, and my taller son can walk under all of their duct work with only a slight duck of his head. The old system took up much more of the headroom. They made it better and it is insulated too where the old system was not!! They made sure that they cleaned up EVERY NIGHT so that there was not so much as a stray screw or nail that we might step on when walking through the basement. Crews # 4 and 5, the geothermal installers and the electricians arrived on the last few days of the project. I had three crews working together in my basement getting everything going. My heat was operational on Friday Oct 3, just before the first cold snap. It was so wonderful to have heat at the touch of a button instead of having to fight with teen age boys to go and light the wood stove. The heat has been working for almost three weeks now with no problems. The inspector from the county was through and approved the job. The only thing he found wrong was one clamp in the electrical system was loose. When I pulled out a screwdriver to fix it he said "no, give that to me, I'll do it". I would recommend Bullman Heating in an instant and I will be having them service my system. They have a customer for as long as I own this house.
