I bought a heater from them and I have a maintenance contract with them also. They come twice a year to my home. I had used two other companies before and but I like this company. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Job went great from my request for a quote to final installation.

Their equipment is Trane and it's wonderful. They have literally bend over backwards to make sure their equipment was put in correctly. They did not ask for more money. I cannot believe if they could find anybody better any place in this state to do this kind of work. They were great.

They are excellent. We have used them for 17 years. They put our new central heating and air conditioning for us 17 years ago and they have been back twice a year to service it for us. They are good people. They do good work. We have a maintenance contract with them, so they come for service every six months. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

They were punctual and came very quickly. They came in three times. My only issue with them was that the first time they did not fix the problem and by the time we figured out what the problem was we had gone through quite a bit of money and gas in our backup heat pump. It was a very expensive mistake. It was normal, for sometimes it would take some time to figure out what the problem really was. The first repair did not repair but the second technician did make the proper repair and put in the right parts. I never had any problems since then. They were a little expensive. They made their sincere effort to fix the problem.

My overall experience with them was great. I would absolutely use them again without hesitation.

They have been good. They have corrected some problems and replaced some warranty items in the furnace. They have been good to deal with. Their pricing is fair.

It was a very positive experience. They were on time. They did the work ahead of schedule and they were quite satisfactory. We called them for another problem and they did not charge us other than the service call. They said that it was an electrical problem and they advised us to call an electrician. I will use them again in the future.

They had installed my heating and air. I had them install it in my daughter's house and I had them install it in two rental houses. They do very professional work and do good follow up. I just like them. When I call, they either answer me right away or they are out here right away if they have to come for a service call. They wear those slippers on when they come in and out.

It worked out real well. They were right on time and they were very nice people. The guy knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't take a long time and I think their prices were fair. The furnace is below the house, I didn't go down there but I'm sure they cleaned up. I signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement, they normally would add travel time for where we live but he said we would let that go. He didn't have to but he did. We're not that far from Weaverville. Since I signed up for the maintenance agreement they gave me 15% off the service they performed, I also get 15% off any call and I am put at the head of the line for any emergency because I have a maintenance agreement. My heater went out and they had to get a part. They out it in when the weather got cool, they turned it on and it worked fine. Since then I haven't needed heat so I haven't turned it on. They were able to schedule me in and everything is fine.

The repairman found problems I could have repaired had I been more through. He did not take advantage of that and provided a repair and comprehensive check of the whole system. A condensate pump that was failing was brought to my attention; knowing that I could do this myself. He did this all for their minimum price which had been agreed upon in advance. He could have fairly charged me an hour of labor in addition to the trip minimum, but he did not. Good work, fair price, and next day service.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. I had two kids following them around watching them and they were very patient with them. Couldn't ask for anything more. Install went smooth and AC is running great. Like Bullman Heating and Air a lot and would easily recommend them.

They did a good job. I will recommend them to my friends. I would use them again.

Arrived as scheduled, actually a few minutes early, completed job in about an hour. Prompt, professional and fair price. What more can you ask?

Our air conditioner stopped functioning at the peak of a heat wave. The dispatcher had no openings for 5 days. I asked to be placed on a waiting list. At 8 the next morning she called and said that there had been a cancellation and she could send a technician immediately. He arrived within 40 minutes. Was able to determine the problem. Repair was complete in approximately 1 hour. Very pleased with all personnel involved. Extremely reasonable $113 included the trip charge as well as repair.

He was pretty efficient and had a nice manner. He was here for about two hours. He did a good job. It cost me a lot less than I expected. I think it's a good company. The only problem I had was that they contracted out electricians. The electricians that came out were kind of sloppy.

They were great. They were very responsive and their work was excellent. We had some problems in the beginning that were not their problems. It was sort of the combination of the technology we were installing in a 110-year-old house. Through the whole process they were there every step of the way and would not consider the job done until everything was perfect. That is exactly what they did. It took some pretty creative solutions to figure out how to put a high tech geo-thermal system into a 110-year-old house.

Of five local companies who came to discuss our work, Bullman and one other sent estimates. The other company sent a few sentences with a total price. Bullman sent a detailed estimate showing various options and pricing. Bullman was not our cheapest option, but we chose them for their professional estimate and because we wanted the system they could provide (Trane). They completed the work as scheduled. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. Without being asked, they provided documents needed for our records and for taxes. They offer excellent follow-up maintenance. We had to clean up after their workers, but otherwise we are very happy with their work and have recommended them to many friends.

They were all very polite. They were very courteous when they came in to do some work. It was raining so they put cardboard all over the floor so they did not walk in and out of the house and they washed up from their feet. The were very gentlemanly and very professional. They were very organized. They had one set of people who were specialized in putting the heat pump in, and they had teams that did different parts of the job.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Skilled, courteous and friendly tradespeople. A real pleasure to do business with.

We moved into this house in 2006. It was new and came with a propane furnace and a separate wholehouse AC. We hired Bullman to replace the AC with a heatpump and integrate it with propane furnace, using the propane as auxillary heat only. Later we hired Bullman to install a wholehouse humidifier. We have had nothing but problems with Bullman's work since the beginning. First the humidifier. It never worked - it never brought the humidity in the house anywhere near where we set it. It seems that Bullman installed too small a unit for our house. We had them take it out and reimburse us for what we paid. Being this is what Bullman does - this is their business - it seemed odd that they could not correctly install a proper-sized humidifier. We should of known then what this company was all about. Later we started having trouble with our AC -- it literally stopped working. They came out several times, fixing this, adjusting that and finally replaced a defective board. Of course, we were charged every time they came out. This most recent event caused us to break all ties with Bullman. Our heating system was not working properly - no auxillary heat and no heat pump for most of the day. They came out and said it was a bad board -- the same board they replaced three months earlier for the AC. They again replaced the board and wanted to charge us $200.00 -- just for the labor. We finally said NO! They continue to charge us to fix things that they have "fixed" earlier. When asked about specific instructions for the Bullman installed thermostat, we were told by the tech he had never seen a thermostat like the one we had and could not help us -- this in spite of the fact that Bullman installed it and Bullman's name and phone number are decaled on the thing. It seems that Bullman is just out to make a buck. They do not seem to know what they are doing and I guess their philosophy is that if they tweek and replace enough stuff, they will accidentally fix it -- with your pocket book taking the brunt of the impact. They tried to blame the manufacturer of the furnace, even tho they installed the heatpump and integrated it into the furnace, installed a whole house humidifier that never worked and replaced our thermostat.

Got three estimates for Trane equipment and no one else could come within $1000 of the estimate from Bullman. Installation was totally professional and I'm fully satisfied with their service.

I called for an estimate and had an almost imediate response. I was impressed with the estimater, he was very professional and knowligable about his product. He gave a quote, and did the job for that exact price, was on time and the crew was neat and left the job site spotless.

Just moved to area from a location that uses no AC and very little heating. Looked on Angie's list for a service provider for my Heat Pump/AC unit, neither of which I've ever had to maintain, in the past. Bullman came up as a very reliable provider for the region, so I chose them. I received an informative phone call from the dispatcher. I was scheduled for a service call. I received materials in the mail and options for a contract (I chose the one year, not knowing how long I would be living in the house). I checked their web site and found a 10% off contracts coupon and it was applied to my contract price. The service tech was prompt, personable, and professional. He really knew Heating/AC systems and I felt confident he was doing an exceptional job. I have an odd sized air return, so he noted this for next time, to make sure they had the correct filter for my Spring service.
