Description of Work: Bullman installed a new Trane A/C and heat pump system that replaced our 18 year old unit. I was pleased with their work and professional attitude. I also like the fact that Bullman is a local family run business.

Description of Work: we had purchased a twice-a-year service pack - we have two a/c units with 4 filters (two are replaced with each service and provided by the company). They were prompt (on time for our appt) - checked the attic equipment for our home; the separate unit in the basement and the two outside compressors. They were thorough and spent as much time as was needed to do the job correctly.

Description of Work: Standing water in my Utility Room. I thought it was my Hot Water Heater. Service Man properly diagnosed as a drainage issue with my Gas Heating System.

Description of Work: I asked their representative for an estimate on insulating ducts. An appointment was made for 8/13/14 at 2pm. Nobody arrived. Nobody called. | |I used White & Williams and their rep was fantastic.

Description of Work: "I informed Bullman that warranty covered repair before service done. When work was done they billed me for service and said no warranty in force. They claimed that purchase date of home made warranty impossible. I refused to pay and found out that they had not verified with warranty office of manufacturer. I gave them copy of warranty contract from website and insisted they verify with manufacturer. Manufacturer honored warranty. |Attitude of Hillman was offensive to say the least. I then refused to accept a their quote for another supplemental system and would never do business with them again."

Description of Work: My AC quit working on a Saturday so I called Bullman's. they called right back on Monday morning, promptly sent out a service tech ad recharged my system with coolant.

Description of Work: Nathan came and reviewed the whole project-and gave a price,and set up a good re pore for the rest of the contact between us and the work men who came after. his priced amount was agreed upon and he then set about getting any discount he could get for us. the installation was carried on, as he he had explained it would.It took a little bit longer than should have done,but the conditions where against them( torrential rain and high temperatures.) The price was $5000.00 cheaper than one of the other bids They where Professionals! I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having air conditioning put in

Description of Work: They installed a whole house humidifier. Work was well done, except they put the water tap on the street side of the cut-off valve, and had to return to install it properly. It was a complicated job requiring an electrical contractor. They failed to account for WNC winters and the exhaust pipe froze shutting down the entire heating system. They are often hard to reach and arrange for an appointment. Do not return service request calls promptly. Although I would use them again, I am currently looking for another company.
