Description of Work: My dishwasher suddenly stopped responding to commands, though it clearly was getting power. Sebastian immediately deduced that someone (not me) had pushed a button rendering the washer inoperative. He was in and out in two minutes and chose not to charge for the visit.

Description of Work: Sebastian ordered a replacement part for our Fisher Peykel washer and installed it the following week. He cleaned out our dryer vent as a courtesy , and even tried to fix our Crocodile Hunter talking clock! Great service, great guy.

Description of Work: Slightly difficult to get first appointment. The washing machine was making a weird noise when filling with water. Sebastian came to the house and found the problem quickly. He did not have the part; he ordered it and returned in a very timely and accommodating manner. I would definitely use him again

Description of Work: My garbage disposal broke. Appliance Zen had just been here to work on my dryer a few days before. They came out the same day I called with a new disposal and installed it with no issues. They showed up when scheduled and quickly installed the new disposal with no mess.

Description of Work: I needed my dryer vent cleaned. Inspected and cleaned the dryer as well as the vent. In addition, he saw my washer hoses were cracked and replaced them. They were timely, clean and overall professional. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Our washer needed repairing, the lid was pried open when in use and needed to have the locked replaced. Sebastion just happed to be nearby, came and looked, ordered the part...a few days later, all was well!! Would not hesitate to recommend him!!

+ -1 moreHe was very good. My clothes washer was not working and the repair man did a few things with the drum around. He said the bearings on the washer were shot he could replace them but it would cost $600-$700 to do it. He also said it was much better to get a new washing machine and scrap the old one. Since then the washing machine has worked fine but he did not charge me anything. It took him only ten minutes to find out what was wrong.
Description of Work: I used Mr. Sebastian of Appliance Zen to get my washing machine repaired.

+ -1 moreMy SubZero fridge got to the point where the door didn't close properly. Could feel cold air coming out of the edges. The tech quickly determined the problem was a compressed gasket. He ordered the part and came back the following week to install it. No problems, no hassles, just fast and responsive work.

He went above and beyond by installing brand new hoses without charging me. My washing machine washes like it's brand new. I no longer fear my appliances breaking down and having to resort to calling Sears
