Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning Systems

The men arrived 10 minutes BEFORE the appointment time (I believe this is unheard of) and did a great job. The second house they cleaned was vacant - they cleaned without my very valuable (NOT) input and the carpets looked great for the new owners. Perfection and then some. Clean, neat, professional, pleasent - lots of positive adjectives.

Two men arrived on time. I like the fact that they provided a barrier between the tiled floors and adjoining wooden floor to protect the wood. Carpet is fifteen years old and they got the best out of it, having to deal with severe dirt in some areas. Tiled floors look new. Very pleased that their van left no oil stains on my driveway!

It couldn't have gone better! Almost as important to me was the EXCELLENT communication before and after service. Emails were responded to quickly, calls returned, invoices scanned. Makes a difference. I sprung a couple of surprises on them on cleaning day, and they rolled with it beautifully and professionally, truly going above and beyond what I was hoping for. Prices were reasonable and carpets were super. I'm a loyal customer now (just called them to help with a rental property) and would highly recommend this company! Thanks!

Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning System was very good. They're very friendly and prompt. They did a nice job when they showed up. They had a card in hand saying that they are from Alpha-1, that felt comfortable and I didn't have any concerns about letting him in. I work from home and they just worked around me. It was super easy and I was very happy with the results. they did quality jobs. It's just so nice to have a clean carpet. I think the price was reasonable and it was very easy to make the appointment. I'll definitely use them again.

The guys arrived a few minutes early, discussed the job and then got to work. By the time they left, the whole house smelled great (no more mildew!) and the leather furniture gets to stay! I couldn't be happier with their work.

Every penny spent for this service was well worth it. Their employee, Doug, did it. They were super. He was spot on. He was not happy until we were happy. I recommend him 100%. He's very personable, a great people person. I'd have him back to my house in a minute, no problem.

My carpet in my downstairs family room gets lots of use. With 2 kids, 4 cats and 2 dogs, it is a highly used area. But when one of my cats got the "flu" and used my carpet as his personal bathroom, I knew the mess was beyond what I could clean up! Alpha -1 Carpet cleaners came to my rescue. I was in need of professional help in a hurry. The staff was very friendly and very punctual. They were able to clean the mess and had my carpet looking better than it had in a while. Several months later and it still looks great. I will definitely use them again!

It was excellent, from beginning to end.

Was prompt in pick up and delivery, but I had to send it back because they didn't get the coffee stain out the first time. They took it back, did it over, re-delivered it, and it was satisfactory.l

Arrived exactly on time. Noted that some of the carpet spots may not come out. Spent 3 hours cleaning. Extra time spent on stairs. All rooms look new- the rust spots almost gone from playroom. Stairs look new. Very happy with service. Seemed high price, but we've spent $200 on less area before AND don't have to buy new carpet for the stairs now. Thanks for recommending, Angie!

The results are excellent, thorough and very professional. John and his associate were polite and focused on their work. They moved furniture to clean and then returned each piece to its place with protectors under the feet to prevent furniture stains. I highly recommend Alpha 1 Carpet Cleaning.

The job was performed very well, and there were no problems. The price quoted for the job was fair and reasonable. However I didn't get a written quote, and the day of the work the price for the job was $25.00 more than what was originally quoted. We settled on $10.00 less for the cost. I would recommend this company, but I strongly advise getting a written quote. Oh well, live and learn.
