Alpha-1 Carpet Cleaning Systems

Went great. Contacting these folks was easy. They returned my call within an hour and arranged a time to take care of our carpet. Arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time (Perfect) and went to work. Job took about an hour and 15 minutes. Carpet looks good as new following a very thorough cleaning. Very pleased with every aspect of the services we received. Will hire again !!!!!

It was outstanding. The next time I need my carpets done, I will have them do it again. They use a dry shampoo and a buffer. You could walk on the carpets within an hour of them being done. I've had bad experiences with other providers in the past with the carpets being so soaked you couldn't walk on them for two days. You could walk on the carpets right away with this company, and they came out cleaner than with other providers.

All areas looked great. The stains and odors were greatly reduced if not gone altogether. They were very quick and the rugs were dry within several hours. I have used them before and will use them again!

They are not cheap but they do a good job. We had them do our house for 5 years. We have an annual event at my house and we usually have them do it just before that. They charge a lot but I ask them to do pretty much most of the house, and I have them do a couple of pieces of upholstery. I would consider it reasonable. They are reliable and they do a good job. I've never had a problem with them. They may be more expensive than somebody else but I never got any baloney from these people. We have used them for the last 5 years. I considered other places and it didn't work out. They weren't willing to do what I wanted them to do.

John and Sue were great. They worked with us to get to our job between appointments with several other contractors. John was punctual and professional. Carpets look great. Start to finish, it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend Alpha -1.

It was absolutely super. The rugs look wonderful. They move things and they put little things under the legs for protection. They've done a super good job. They're very professional, fast and efficient.

They arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule (they called to let me know they were coming) and went right to work. You would have to see how badly stained this carpet was to believe it. The end result was an amazing transition, the carpet looked almost new after they finished. I could not have been more,pleased. Everything was just okay. Nothing stood out, nothing was wrong. They just cleaned the carpet and everything was fine. It's just an ordinary carpet cleaner.

This is the first time I used Alpha 1 Carpet Cleaners. The whole process from scheduling to cleaning went without any problems. John and Richard called ahead and arrived on time. They walked through my house with me as I pointed out a few spots which might need extra attention and then went right to work. The results were great and my carpet looks wonderful. I can't say enough about Alpha-1. They were professional, on-time, thorough, and did an amazing job on our soiled and stained carpet. From scheduling to job completion they did a great job. I had to change the date from the original schedule and they handled the change with professionalism and without a fuss. They showed up on time to clean the carpet in our newly rented condo. The carpet was badly soiled and had a couple of major stains. They spent a couple of hours making sure that they got everything up. When it was done I could not believe the difference. They were flexible with my schedule, I was able to go to my office and wait for a call when they were on their way; so no sitting around the house waiting, wasting time. Their projected time of arrival was right on schedule; I met them at the house and they got to work immediately. Very polite and professional gentlemen. I told them my concerns regarding pet soiling that wasn't visible, as well as the obvious stains. They put particular effort into those areas.The finished product was beyond my husband's and my expectations; considerably better than any similar service we've had in the past. And they are fast! I expected to be home several hours, but they finished in about an hour and a half. We couldn't be more pleased with Alpha-1.

Sue is super easy to deal with over the phone. We scheduled the cleaning, and John and one other showed up on time. They looked over the situation, brought in their equipment and got to work. They cleaned carpets that had not been cleaned in at least eleven years. They got spots out including spilled make-up. I was impressed by the method they used because it was dry in about 3-4 hours but didn't stink up the house and didn't leave solid residue behind. They moved furniture that could be moved and put it back with little pieces of foil-backed paper under legs. It could not have gone better, and I plan to make this an annual event.

Fabulous! They got out stains that I never thought would come out. This includes a wine stain!! The carpets look brand new. Price was very reasonable. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and cooperative with our schedule. Can't say enough great things about them.

We are so pleased with the job done today by John and his assistant( not sure of his name). Our service began with Sue who took our initial call .She was courteous, informative and very helpful. John then contacted us, we discussed our need for tile and grout cleaning in our recently purchased 1973's home. A time and date was set ,he came to our home, gave us our free estimate. We then called and set up our date and time to come back and complete the job. They showed up on time, got straight to work ,took great care and caution in our home, worked in a organized fashion but not rushed. I was also pleasantly surprised the machines used were quieter than I thought and the solutions were not offensive! We are so happy with the results! We have used Alpha 1 for many years now & have always been very satisfied with their work. They are very professional, show up on time and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

John made an appointment to estimate the job. He arrived on time, listened to what we had in mind, answered our questions, and provided suggestions when appropriate. We agreed to his estimate and arranged a date and time for him to do the work. As it turned out, our scheduled service was the morning after an ice storm in the area. John called when he was on the way and arrived close to the scheduled time. Considering the conditions, that he came at all was amazing. They went right to work unloading their equipment. For three different types of floors it took three sets of equipment. Three hours after they had arrived I had paid them and they were on their way. Cleaning tile requires a pressure washer and a vacuum. Carpet cleaning uses some of the same equipment as well as a buffer with a rag mop looking pad that is used to rake the carpet. The wood floor involved a mop and spray chemical followed by a standard buffing. Carpets were heavily soiled in some areas and came out looking new. Wood floors are clean and shining. The tile is in a kitchen area and had been heavily soiled with grease from cooking by the previous owner. They applied a chemical to the grout lines to dissolve the grease. They then went over the grout lines with a special linear scrub brush. After they pressure washed the grout and tile. They had to retreat the grout lines, scrub, pressire wash a second time in some places because the extensive soiling. They hand dried with towels. After allowing it to air dry, they applied a sealer solution to the grout lines. John and his assistant did a huge amount of work in the three hours they were at our home. I think this is a spectacular service at a very reasonable price.

They were TOP-KNOTCH from start to finish! The owner's wife, Susan, could not have been nicer or more pleasant to deal with over the phone as we called and set up the initial time and date for the cleaning. She later called us back and asked if we could accomodate an earlier time. That was no problem. The owner and his assistant showed up right on time. They were both very professional, cordial and courteous. They cleaned our carpets in less than two hours and the owner called back a day later to ask if we were satisfied. WE WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED. They removed several dark stains in our carpet very successfully. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS EXPERT CARPET CLEANING AT A VERY FAIR PRICE!

Arrived 5 minutes early. Very pleasant, courteous, and professional. They got right to work. I thought that the kitchen tile was hopeless as it was not sealed when installed. The grout was very close black. Something had to be done. A week ago I was researching a dremel tool to remove the grout and replacing it. After John was done it was light gray the color of the original grout. We were amazed. They included sealing the grout. We just had laminate installed in the master bedroom. We were going out to purchase a 5X7 to go with the off white midcentury modern furniture. I remembered a Shaw shag carpet that had been stored in a garage closet. It seemed to fit perfectly in the room but it was dirty. After John finished with the rug it looked brand new. They used a citrus scented cleaner on the rug that made the whole house smell clean. Look no further than this company. From placing the call to Sue to the scent throughout the house this was a perfect experience. I wish all companies fulfilled their promise like Alpha 1 Carpet and Tile Cleaning. We are already talking about having them back in the future to clean other area rugs when the need arises. Best $150.00 we ever spent.

I’ve used them a couple of times in the last couple of years. They were prompt and they turned a really worn carpet into looking like new, I was really amazed. They moved all the furniture and they just really did a good job. They came early and they came when they said they were supposed to be. Their prices were what they quoted and I thought that was really good. I used them in a commercial job first. I’ve used them in hotels and in events center and both jobs were really good. They charge per square footage.

They arrived on schedule and got right to work. Both men were professional and considerate of our new construction; they pointed out where there were worn areas on one of the rugs, some we weren't aware of.
