Family owned and Owner operated since "1982" At Alpha-1 Systems, our specialty and expertise is carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, wood floor cleaning and tile/grout cleaning/sealing. In order to focus on giving our customers the very best service, we focus on what we do best. We don’t offer janitorial services or maid services. We don’t clean air ducts or windows. We only offer one method of carpet cleaning because we believe in it that much. We take honesty and pride in the quality of our services and we strive to treat your home with the utmost respect. We don’t try to charge you for services you don’t need. Our 34-year success in Asheville and Hendersonville shows that we care and in turn, have built relationships with many businesses and families that we truly value. Description of Work: We had our finished basement carpet cleaned, including stairs with a landing and more stairs. I went by Angie's List and therefore did not feel the need to get additional estimates. They had an opening and came within days of my call. They were right on time. While they were here I asked about Scotchguarding the carpet and they were able to do that also. After I few days I checked the carpet and found one small spot that looked dirty. I called and they set up an appointment to come and check the spot. Again they came on time and cleaned that area and recleaned the landing area that recevied heavy traffic. I was impressed with that. I will call on them again in the future.
