Description of Work: DAVID GODFREY PRESSURE WASHED AND THEN WATERPROOFED MY BACK DECK, AND THE FINAL RESULT WAS BEAUTIFUL. IT IS A VERY OLD DECK, BUT ENDED UP LOOKING ALMOST NEW AGAIN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL, AND I WILL USE HIM AGAIN.

 + 1 moreDavid did a great job. He is just as nice and pleasant as can be and worked non-stop. I have an opaque stain on my deck and he was able to use more detergent and less pressure so as to clean it but not actually blow the stain off. It looks wonderful. My house looks all spruced up now with the roof cleaned and the gutters and downspouts nice and white. He doesn't typically do roofs but did an excellent job on mine.
Description of Work: Pressure washed my entire wraparound deck and the steps. Cleaned gutters out and washed. He also washed my metal roof.

He was professional, courteous and worked hard. He completed the 1600 sq ft home and dormers plus gutters in approx 4 hours. He did a great job and we are having him come out and do the porch and decks next month. Very happy to recommend his services.

He was perhaps one of the most courteous service providers I have come into contact with. It was a pleasure not only to watch him work, but to speak with him as well. David has become my "go to guy" for any pressure washing I have. He performed and outstanding job, at a very reasonable price, and I would recommended him to anyone who has pressure washing requirements, you will not be sorry. It was great having him here today.

 + -1 moreI was quoted $600 by another company to do the same work David did for 200. I have used David 3 times and he is always very professional, reasonable and courteous.
Description of Work: David came and pressure washed our 10x30 deck, as well as cleaned the gutters & eaves. We have a 1 story house with a 2800sf footprint (to give an idea of how much he had to clean) and well over half the house is 1.5 or more stories off the ground. It is also has a stucco exterior, so he had to use care to not damage the surface.

 + 3 moreI was very impressed with David's services. Prior to pressure washing, he walked around the house with me and explained what needed to be done and told me what to expect after. He was very professional, yet warm and friendly. He pressure washed my house, walkway, and front/back porches and it looks amazing! What a difference! After he cleaned my roof, he noticed an area in need of repair and recommended how to fix it. I didn't ask him to clean my wooden fence, but he did the front part that can be seen from the road because he, "knew it would look good." He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. It took him approximately 3 hours to complete the job and he cleaned up well afterwards. David is a curteous, honest, very hard working, professional and I would recommend him above anyone.
Description of Work: David cleaned my roof and all the debride that came along with it, the siding of my house, the front and back decks, the sidewalk, and part of my wooden fence that I didn't even ask him to do! He did an excellent job, and was very pleasant to work with.

 + -1 moreDavid came during the day to look things over, as I was at work. We talked at length on the phone and agreed on his very reasonable estimate. He came the first day he had free which was about a week later. There is obviously a reason why he is so busy; he is very good at what he does!
Description of Work: David washed the entire house, including a large front porch, side deck and back porch. He was very careful, as I had voiced some concern with paint that looked like it might just peel away with too much pressure.When he came to see the house for the estimate, he saw what I had concern about and let me know he would adjust pressure accordingly. He also tackled the awning over the deck that had considerable mildew encrusted on it (there's not alot of sunshine there!) It looks new again! My house sits relatively close to a busy road so it does seem to pick up a lot of grime from the constant traffic.It is gleamng clean!

Description of Work: David Godfrey was very responsive to my phone calls to request his services. Since I was unable to be available during the day to meet w/him, he checked on what I needed to have done based on our phone conversation & a list I left for him to give me an estimate. After talking on the phone, David came by 3d later to do the work. He cleaned all my gutters & even repositioned some guards that had collapsed. He also pressure washed the exterior of my home (about 1860 SF) to include the windows, an open front porch w/steps, & a set of steps from a back porch. He pressure cleaned a cement slab located off the back porch, as well as a retaining wall on the corner of my property by the road. I was very pleased w/the outcome & was thrilled that he was able to clean up the retaining wall that had paint peeling off of it. The wall is now ready for the stucco application & painting! David did an outstanding job & it was obvious to me that he was meticulous & thorough by seeing the finished product. And in addition to that, 2 sets of neighbors remarked to me (without my asking) that he was a very good worker & that he was taking extra care in doing his work. I recommend David Godfrey without any reservation for pressure washing/cleaning services & I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. His professionalism & commitment to excellence is a rare treasure to find!

 + -1 moreDavid called to confirm his arrival time and he came when promised. He was friendly and knowledgeable and went over the entire job with me before starting to wash. David did a thorough job removing dirt and mold that accumulated over the past 3 years. The house and fence look fabulous now. The pressure wash did remove a small amount of paint from the painted siding at the top of my roof line. David showed the spot to me and explained I can cover it with a coat of spray white paint. I believe this job was done professionally and at a great price.

I'm so frustrated with people who show up to give an estimate and then never contact you again. David was the exact opposite. He arrived when he said he would and sent me his liability insurance information in advance. My house is squeaky clean...He did a great through job. His prices are very reasonable. If you want a job done right call him.

 + -1 moreDavid did a fine job. We had some on and off snow for several days, so the scheduling time got moved, but he called every other day to give me updates on the best time to do it. He really paid attention to details, especially on the wooden deck where he spent a lot of time getting it perfectly clean and looking like new. Actually I thought the siding on the house was pretty clean to begin with, but when he was done it looked like new paint. You won't go wrong hiring this guy.

 + -1 moreWe called David on Aug. 30. He came out the next day. When he first arrived we walked around the house and discussed what we wanted to have done. We agreed on a price of 200. The gutters were so dirty neither one of us was sure they would come clean without extra work being done to them. As it turned out they did need extra cleaning which brought the price up to 215.00. David showed us the gutters before the extra scrubbing and we decided to go ahead and have the work done.. David worked nonstop for 3 hours to make sure that our 1200 square foot, 2 story home was clean from top to bottom. He removed all the dirt, grime and mold and even took down 2 bees nests. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and put back the things he had taken off the front porch. Our house is now pristine clean and we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honesty, fair price and total customer satisfaction. A great job at a great price from an honest person .... what more could we ask for

 + -1 moreWhen David Godfrey arrived, he walked around the house with us and I discussed what I needed. We agreed on the price of $350.00. He treated the aluminum siding and gutters with some kind of treatment which got every stain off the aluminum siding. Our gutters were also cleaned to a pristine white. They were so dirty when we called him that I did not think he would be able to get them clean. He also pressure washed our large deck. He took his time and made sure that it was done to our satisfaction. The work took about 5 and a half hours. We were very pleased with his service and professionalism. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs gutters, siding or deck washing.
Description of Work: This was the second time that we contracted with David Godfrey, owner of All Clean Pressure Washing. We called him on Friday, June 3rd and he agreed to come on Tuesday, the June 7th to wash the outside of our house, our gutters and our deck.
