Exceptionally well. David Godfrey is easily the best pressure washer we've used ... which is why we keep calling him whenever we need anything done. This time, he even offered to help us with a handyman job. Pressure washed sections of roof. Took "before/after" photos. Differences were striking. Also pressure washed siding in places that needed it. He is very easy to work with ... dependable, personable, and totally trustworthy. They just don't get any better. The quality of work he does is as good as it gets.

It went really good David was they when he said that he would be, David is very professional even took the time to send me a picture. I would recommend him to anyone and if I ever need it was washed again I'll be calling him for sure.

David Godrey was the third party I contacted (including other Angie's Listers) and the only one to respond. He came out and inspected the job and gave me a price. We set a date for the work to be done. David showed up early and stayed late and got the job done to my excellent satisfaction. The moldy siding cleaned up very well and the wood-work and decking looked fantastic after their cleaning. David was very personable as well, as we did have a bit of conversation. I recommend his service without any reservations!!!

This was the 2nd job we hired David for, the prior job was June 2015, and we will definitely hire him again. He is courteous, on time, and thorough. The entire job was finished in one day. Also, we discussed that we were preparing for a deck remodel and transitioning to composite, however retaining the wood frame, posts and pickets. We commented to David about the requirements of the composite manufacturer in order to not void the warranty when we hire him for future pressure washing jobs. He communicated with our contractor and obtained information required for the next time here. We were quite pleased with his efforts.

My original call to All Clean Pressure Washing was to schedule a large job which would include our entire house, deck, fence, sidewalk, and outdoor furniture. My call was returned by David Godfrey, the owner. I was concerned about coordinating the entire job with our busy schedule and decided to ask if he would be willing to pressure wash the furniture on the same morning that he would come out to give us a quote for the balance of the job. David agreed, and on the morning of the appointment he moved and washed the furniture, and also washed the front porch, followed by preparing the quote for the rest of the work. David did a great job, showed up on time, he was respectful, and kindly addressed my concerns. Relative to the remaining work, the deck will also need to be stained, and David discussed us communicating with his assistant/contractor for a quote for that part of the job.

David was the only person I spoke with about pressure washing that actually spoke with me about what we needed done and why. By guiding the conversation and asking questions he learned that we wanted the house cleaned, not stripped of old paint, that our porch railing was in very bad shape and needed mold treatment as well as washing, what type of gutters we had and what it would take to clean them, and that we have iron rich well water and poor water pressure so he needed to bring a tank with clean water to use for the job. No other pressure washing company asked about any of that. David called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to inform me that he was on his way and he arrived exactly on time. We walked the property and talked through expectations a second time before he began. He was focused and thorough and the end result is beautiful. David pays close attention to the details and sincerely wanted to provide excellent service. He succeeded. We will contact David for all future pressure washing projects and happily refer him to others.

David arrived on time to give me an estimate, sent it to me promptly, and we scheduled a time. He arrived on the scheduled date even though it had snowed and was below freezing the day before. I had to be away when he arrived and he had finished a large part of the house when I returned. He took "before and after" pictures for me to see the difference, and it was amazing. David had to dispose of some snow and leaves on the deck before he washed it and did it willingly, with no complaint. I was very pleased that he was able to remove a great deal of moss on one patio. All his work looked wonderful, and he was a pleasure to work with. Before he left he washed all the leaves off my long driveway without charge. I would definitely recommend David and would certainly use him again.

The recent rainstorm with high winds showed we had water leaks coming into the attic from the plumbing vents in the roof. David Godfrey lists handyman services as well as pressure washing. I contacted him about fixing the leaks in the roof and he came out promptly to repair them. I especially liked the fact that he took pictures showing what the problem was before fixing the leaks. So you knew exactly how he was making repairs. Great job! He also cleaned the roof to get rid of all the debris left from the storm. In addition, I needed to have my hot water lines insulated due to using a recirculating pump to get hot water to the far reaches of the house - over 120 feet from the hot water heater. No problem. David knew what to do and how to do it. It was a very big job. Came out just great! Big improvement in hot water delivery! Wish I'd done it a long time ago. Makes a big difference. I highly recommend David Godfrey. Will be using him for all my pressure washing/handyman needs in the future.

Have never been so satisfied with pressure washing. David does the best job of anyone I've ever used. The high humidity over the summer created conditions for mold to begin developing on the backside of the roof - which gets no direct sunlight. I had to have the entire backside of the roof cleaned and treated for mold growth. David did a terrific job! He also did a great job on our enclosed patio ... the front and back sidewalks ... the power generator ... and the driveway. Everything he did turned out just perfect! Like I said before, I've never had anyone do such a great job with pressure washing. In addition to his excellent work, David is punctual - calls ahead of time before arriving on the job - shows respect for customers - maintains excellent communication - and is a young man of strong character. That character shows in the quality of the work he does - as well as his honesty and integrity. He charges affordable prices for the best in pressure washing. I'm so glad I turned to AngiesList for recommendations. David's consistently excellent recommendations are very well deserved.

They did a fantastic job. I was under a time limit and they made sure to get the job done. They communicated well prior to starting the job as I had additional request. I would highly recommend this service and will make sure this a yearly phone call I make to get my house ready for the summer!!

David was excellent in every respect. He arrived as promised to look at the job and provide an estimate. His estimate was more than reasonable. Given we were already in "high season" for this type of work, his first available date was about a month away, which worked for us. He was honest with us in that some plants would be in the path, but the impact/damage would not be permanent. He also said we may have some areas of the deck railing and fence that would need to be restained because the mildew had probably penetrated it and thus the stain would come off with the mildew. In short, he prepared us to be realistic, and probably on the worst-case side of realistic. During the intervening month, we touched base once to reconfirm everything. Then, magically, on the date scheduled, David showed up, once again on time. Around here, promptness and even showing up at all on the date scheduled (let alone time) is not an automatic event. David was thorough in his preparation of the site to minimize plant damage. After finishing the deck and railing he asked us to come out and inspect to see if we were happy with the results. The Trex was like-new, the railing once again clean with some need to touch up the stain. He then completed the fence work in short order, with similar results but no need to do any stain touch up (much to our surprise). David was honest, a pleasure to deal with, timely, and left the place better than it was before he arrived. His work was moderately quick and thorough. His price was more than fair for the work. We are very happy with the results, will call him again the next time we need pressure washing, and highly recommend him to anyone in need of such services. He is on our short list of various types of contractors who can be counted on to show up and do a professional job.

It went very well. David is a very nice person and was very careful and thorough in doing the job for us. It was a sizeable job, but he took the time to make sure he had done everything to our satisfaction. Our house looks so much better and we have never seen our driveway this clean. He also rinsed the foundation plantings and we have not had any problem with leaves dying back. We would definitely hire David again next time our home needs freshening up.

They did a real good job. Other than the widows they did some other things for me. The price was a couple of $100. The reason for that is, some of the windows were very high and they had to use the ladder to get to them. Their price was fair and I thought it was reasonable. They stayed way into the afternoon until they got it done. They were right on time and went right to work.

Despite the fact that I waited so late in the fall to have the work done [it was cold!] the job was done perfectly, as it had been done by this company in the past....

What a wonderful experience. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. He came out on time, we walked the property, and he gave me what I considered to be a fair estimate. I had other estimates that were much higher. I expressed my concern about the plants and he assured me that the chemicals he uses would not hurt the plants. Just to be safe my husband heavily watered all plants and surrounding soil before David got started. He came out on time and got started right away. After he cleaned each area, he then went over and sprayed all the vegetation with water to wash off any chemicals that might have gotten on them. Everything looks fresh and clean. I would definitely hire him again.

If you want pressure cleaning done correctly with no hassle or surprises this is the man for the job!! David came and gave me an all inclusive estimate on the day and time he told me, scheduled my job about 2 weeks out and showed up exactly when he told me he would. His professionalism was top notch. As for the quality of the work it was second to none. Many years ago I owned a pressure cleaning and painting business so I am well aware of how things should go and David met and exceeded all of my expectations. Our house had not been cleaned for about four years so it was way past due. I did not expect that everything would come out perfectly, especially the gutters, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I am blown away by how clean the house looks as well as the decks, driveway and patio. I was a bit surprised at the estimate at first but once I thought through how much work there was to be done it seemed more than fair. If you are looking for the lowest bid for a job I'd say you'll get a lower price from someone else but I don't think you could possibly get the same quality of work. You get what you pay for. David even did a couple of extra things but still charged me what he originally told me. Besides the quality of the work David was a pleasure to do business with. I would absolutely recommend him and will do business with him again.

The service man was on time and performed the work in the time period that he gave me. He did all the work in a highly professional manner and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. There were no issues and I would have no reservations about using him again.

David Godfrey of All Clean Pressure Washing of Asheville, NC is our choice for anything in need of a good cleaning! This is our 2nd time in 4 years to use his services. The first time we were preparing for a wedding at our home. His work was VERY THOROUGH and PROFESSIONAL and very much worth the $$, which was less than I had expected to pay. We could have never done the wonderful job he did with our little portable machine. He actually got up on the roof and scrubbed it with an attachment that looked like a floor buffer, hauled it up and down, and fought a nest of hornets and WON!! We hired him again in the spring of 2013, and again he did a beautiful job!! He is very appreciative, punctual and polite and we will definitely be calling on him again! ((:
