Description of Work: Mike showed up a few minutes ahead of the time of the appointment, and after checking with my wife, went right to work cleaning our tank. After completing that, we asked him to help us find the edges of our drain field, which he did, using a steel prod to probe for gravel under the soil-- and an old sketched map. |All in all a great experience, and a reasonable price. We will definitely call them again when we need septic service.

Description of Work: Made an appointment for afternoon.They did not show. Called next morning left a message and the owner called back and said my paperwork had been misplaced. Made another appointment for afternoon. Driver called at 10:00 and said he was on his way. He arrived 20 mins. later. He got right to work pumping out my tank. He did an excellent job , answered all my questions and left the site clean. I will use Able again.

Description of Work: Approximately 2 years ago I thought our septic tank needed pumping so I called around & decided on this company. I told the woman I talked to that I did not know the location of our septic tank & she explained they had an electronic device they could flush in the toilet to get the location but if they could not retrieve it I would have to pay $150 for it. I said I did not want to be responsible for that kind of charge. She said her guy was good & he could find it with a probe. So they came out & he probed but did not find the tank. While he was probing, I talked to my neighbor who had been here since the house was built & he told me that the tank was in the little woodsy area next to the house. I relayed this to the guy that was probing & he said it could not be there & did not bother to probe there. In the end, he never located the septic tank but they charged me $100. I still feel that it was unfair to charge me anything since their guy refused to probe where I told him my neighbor said it was. I was never told of any fees if they did not do the job. I called the company & disputed the charge but got no satisfaction. This is a true & accurate account of what took place.
