Francisco Rodriguez and his men did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, and accommodating. We were completely satisfied with their work. We would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors. We had paid another company to refinish our kitchen cabinets and floors using a "no sanding, odorless process". The cabinets came out okay, but the floors did not. The stains from water and wear damage were just as conspicuous after the work was done as before. Mr. Rodriguez and his crew made the floors look like new. They carefully moved a heavy china cabinet and large refrigerator/freezer from the rooms and replaced them after the floors were refinished. They also carefully masked off walls and cabinets to protect them from sanding dust. They promptly and carefully cleaned up their work areas each day. Again, these guys are good!

It went fabulous. They were wonderful. They were in and out of here in a day and a half.

I was away from my home for 3 months this past spring. I had contracted with Rodriguez Flooring to refinish all of the wood floors in my home (approximately 1500 sq ft of flooring). A neighbor kindly let the workers into the house in the morning and then locked up at night. The floors and repairs that were required are perfect. Most of the small furniture had been removed from the area, but there were several large pieces remaining that they had to move back and forth from room to room. The cabinets and walls were taped and covered with plastic to cut down on the dust that would result from sanding. I returned home to a brand new house, and I am as happy as can be. I highly recommend this company. The are professional, honest and hard-working.

This was by far the best experience I have had with any contractor. Francisco is a hands-on owner. He answers the phone, shows up for the estimate and even showed up with his crew to work on the floors part of the time. His crew was professional, polite and talented. particularly at fingering the new flooring into the 30 yr + old flooring. Francisco always returned my call promptly. The floors, including the old refinished floors came out beautifully. A few days after the job was completed I moved my refrigerator and noticed a small area the didn't get sealed. I called Francisco and he came out the next morning and took care of it. Francisco stuck to the estimate exactly and although I didn't really shop around, I believe the price I paid for the amount and quality of work was low.

The project went very well. Mr.Rodriguez presented a complete estimate of the work and and materials. There were no requests for changes and payment was made for the exact amount of the estimate. The hardwood flooring was furnished by the owner and no complications developed as a result. The workers were polite and experienced. An excellent clean up was performed at the completion of the project.

These guys were great. Their price was the best of three companies, they were very professional and did an excellent job on our hardwoods.

We called for a quote, and they quoted a fair price. They came as scheduled, worked hard and steadily the entire time, and did great quality work. The floors look great!

Mr Rodriguez came to my home and gave me an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. He measured and looked at several boards that needed replacing. He promptly called the next day with a very resonable estimate so I scheduled a day for him to do the work. The crew arrived promptly on time and worked very hard. They completed all the sanding and applied a coat of stain the first day. They replaced several stained and rotten boards also. They returned as promised the following two days and applied poly coats. The floors turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Rodriguez flooring. They did exactly what they said, worked hard for a reasonable rate and did a beautiful job.

Mr Rodriguez came to the house and gave an estimate. He arrived promptly with a competent staff to complete the job in the length of time he'd said. They very carefully cleaned and refinished the floors as promised. A beautiful job.

We were very please with the work, the crew and the results. Francisco's estimate covered the work to be done and the potential for replacing the subfloor. We knew that there had been leaking onto the floor years ago. The crew of 3-5 workers arrived promptly each day and worked steadily with only a 30 min. lunch break. They thouroughly cleaned up at the end of each work day, including vacuuming the work areas. Several potential issues were discussed before the work started so we had no surprises. On day one Francisco and his crew removed and hauled away old carpeting, Pergo-type flooring and particle board in our front entry, hall, den and 3 closets. They then installed 1/2 inch plywood subflooring over our existing 1/2 inch plywood which had some areas of old water damage. On day two they installed hardwood flooring over a moisture barrier and began the trim and finish work. There was a lot of detail work involved with 3 closets and a stone fireplace to work around. One of the workers carved the flooring to fit the irregular shapes of the rocks so that there was a snug fit. We were very impressed with this as other company estimates were going to lay the board and fill grouting in the gaps. The work was finished in 2 1/2 days. We would definitely hire Rodriguez Flooring again in the future.

The guy was very punctual. His price seemed pretty reasonable. I haven’t got another one to compare it against. He was very nice. I did have to reschedule due to his schedule once, but he contacted me ahead of time and notified me. He came here when he was supposed to come here. He was a very efficient, professional and a nice guy. It was a good experience. I would consider using him in the future.

Being an office building, the job was scheduled for 7 AM Sunday morning. The first day, perhaps they were 15 minutes late. I have used them on 2 or 3 separate occasions, and usually, they are very prompt. By 10 AM the floor was getting its first coat of water based finish. Can I say more? I have dealt with other floor refinishing companies and it takes days to get the job done. With this company, there are plenty of men getting the job done very swiftly and professionally.

We tore up 2 layers of moldy carpet/padding and vinyl and found a 90 yr old red oak floor. It was a total mess; adhesive, scratches, bad stains, mildew etc. and thought it was not salvageable. After 2 unanswered calls to other large businesses, we found this business on Angie's list. Mr. Rodriguez returned our call promptly and scheduled an estimate the next day. We worked our schedules out around each other - nice to have a little flexibility. Arrived to work on time with a few employees who took great care to seal the room off with plastic and protect everything from the dust. Sanded thoroughly, including in a really awkward closet, and made an exact color match to the stain on the floors in the rest of the house. Came the next 2 (or 3?) days for the final coats, each one lasting about 20 minutes. In and out. The floor is amazing with no indication of the damages that were there. He offered to haul off all the remnants and mess for a fair fee. Final cost was the same as the estimate. They were also careful getting their equipment in and out of the house. We will hire him again if we refinish other floors.

Great work! I asked them to do something unusual and they were very adaptive and responsive. It helped with a floor level problem and allowed my floors to be on the same level (mostly).

Excellent. Floor looks great. This was an oak floor in an older house that had been painted and carpeted. Needless to say, it needed a lot of sanding to remove the paint and prepare it for the finish. I would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time for estimate and finishing work. Did an excellent job, stain was even and finish was smooth. Had one small area that had previous water damage and they came back and got it to blend in so well that you can't tell there was ever any damage.

It went exactly as described, they told me how long they would be there, how much it would cost, exactly how it would go etc. they did exactly what they said they would do and were alot cleaner than i thought the process would be.
