Mr. Rodriguez promptly came over and then emailed me an estimate that night. We agreed on a date approximately three weeks in the future at my request. Mr. Rodriguez and his men were friendly, professional and very hardworking. They completely sanded the floors into bare wood, stained them and applied three coats of polyurethane. The entire process took about a week. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely hire them again if we decide to add additional wood flooring in our house.

Mr. Rodriguez is wonderful. I had to purchase 2 bundles of oak to add to existing flooring. They sanded and applied polyurethane in several layers over a time period. The floors are beautiful. The crew was helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Francisco and his team did a great job with matching the flooring which needed to be replaced because of a water leak. All of the guys on the team came as promised and worked diligently to fit us into their very busy schedule.

They were amazing. Prompt, courteous and professional. They were very careful with taping off doorways so that dust &fumes were kept to a minimum during the five day process. The resulting floor looks brand new. Will recommend to everyone.

Cisco was prompt about getting to my house to see what I needed, prompt and very reasonable with his proposal, and followed through with my appointment and job completion.

Does not answer phone nor return messages. After several attempts finally came to my house to give an estimate, said it would take a few weeks to get the hardwood and do the job and would email a quote. Never received a quote, left voice mails and text messages however I have never heard from him again. Very Unprofessional Service..Has enough business doesn't need mine.

We called Rodriguez Flooring and they returned our call promptly and set up an appointment to meet at a specific time later in the week (Friday, July 29th). No one ever showed up (which seems to be the case for another reviewer as well) but what was most frustrating was that our calls to find out what was going on and reschedule (we weren't upset at this point) were never returned. It has now been 3 weeks and we have heard nothing from the company. That seems very unprofessional to us! To clarify the "we would hire again" rating - we would work with the company if they would only respond.

I called Francisco and he arrived that day for an estimate. After hiring him he scheduled the job and arrived on time on the scheduled day. His crew went right to work removing nails and staples. They completely sanded one day and stained the next. They applied two coats of polyurethane on two separate days. The floors now look fantastic. Thanks for a superb job!!

The provider DID NOT SHOW UP for his 4pm appointment. I started to try to call him at 4:35 pm on his cell phone. I called him numerous times and let him numerous messages to please call me on my cell phone. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard a word from him. When I set the appointment up I explained to him that the house was being remodeled and no one was living there. My Mother has dementia and I had to make arrangements for someone to come in my home and sit with her while I kept my appointment with him. I explained ALL of this to him at the time the appointment was made. I think I am wasting my monies paying my fees to Angie's List when this person was rated A+ and was given an ad on the Featured Service and Honor Roll pages of the Asheville Edition June 2016 Angie's List magazine. Again, WHAT am I paying for?????

They bid lower than other companies which was good cause I had a very tight budget. They were super, on time, great job, no mess or dust and beautiful floors! I plan house them in the next house i remodel.

Mr. Rodriquez scheduled both the quote and project and was punctual for both. He is a good communicator with both phone and email and responded promptly to my questions. And, my floors are lovely. He did a great job matching up the finishes. I am really grateful to have found him. His price was reasonable and comparable to the other quotes I received. He is very pleasant to do business with.

I scheduled 3 providers for estimates, Francisco's quote was the lowest of all three, though only marginally. I decided to go with Rodriguez Flooring LLC based on Angie's list reviews and price. We scheduled the project for roughly 4 weeks after the consultation. Francisco and his team (I recall 5 total persons) arrived promptly at 0900 on the agreed upon date and began working, They replaced roughly 6 floor boards (impossible to tell them apart today) and used filler to eliminate a few other indentations and/or holes in the existing floors. They completed the sanding and staining portion of the project on the first day. We had originally planned to use a darker stain but Francisco's team cleared a spot on our flooring and provided sample colors for us to test until we found the most pleasing look, which happened to be just a clear sanding sealer followed by three topcoats of polyurethane. By day 4, the project was complete except for drying of the final coat. We were able to walk on the floor with socks on the 5th day. Due to this pleasant experience I will be using Rodriguez Flooring LLC to refinish the upstairs area of the house once other renovations are complete.

Easy peasy. I don't know what the cost was, because it was through ServiceMaster (there had been a water leak).

He was extremely professional, punctual and responsive to us. They worked with our time schedule and when we requested a change in the final finish, Mr. Rodriguez worked with us to accommodate our wishes. The refinished floors are exactly what we wanted and we love it. There is nothing he could have done to make it a better experience.

I got him from Angies List where I have always found good people. I contacted Mr Francisco the owner and he made an appointment to show up today 9/17/2015 at 11:30 am. When I made the appointment over a week ago he said that was earliest he could come. I called him yesterday 9/16/2015 to confirm he would be coming and asked him please return call to confirm. He never returned the call. This morning at 10:30 am he called and said he could NOT come at designated time which was in one hour. I had scheduled work and other issues to accommodate this appointment and ultimately it would have been thousands of dollars had he bid it and been accepted. When I said i'm sorry but I expected you in one hour and have to be at other appointments at 1 pm..he said ok then and he was about to hang up. I said "excuse me, did you not wish to reschedule even though he had messed up my day I was still willing to reschedule". He bluntly said NO! I told him ok..i shall report this unprofessional and curt action on your part to Angies list. His reply was "GO AHEAD" and he hung up! A waste of time and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to have a company make an appointment , not keep it, and then because you were kind enough to reschedule was told NO don't want your business i'm assuming.

We needed wood flooring installed in a living room with old carpeting and that bordered our other rooms that had 20 year old wood flooring. Francisco was very prompt in setting an appointment for a quote. He promised to match the older floor and gave me good advice on going with unfinished wood vs. pre-finished. We decided to go with the unfinished. His price was great, so we decided to go with his company, and he was very prompt in getting us scheduled. He and his crew were very punctual and did great work. I could not believe how fast they were able to install and finish the floor. They were all very clean and very professional. He also handled a last minute request from me to replace an existing threshold in another room. I would definitely use Francisco again and would recommend him to anyone needing wood flooring.

The actual work went well, but when painter's tape removed finish from the floor, we were concerned after paying to have an extra third coat of finish put on the floor. The most disturbing part, however, is Francisco's lack of concern for this issue. All I have asked is that he come look at the spots on the floor where the tape removed finish and he won't even return my calls.

Francisco and his crew were great. They were always punctual and worked with our schedule to get the floors done as quickly as possible so that we could move into our new home. They provided a color match to existing flooring that was very well done. They taped off all interior spaces to limit the dust in other parts of the house. Bottom line: it was all good. We enjoyed working with Francisco and highly recommend him.

Everything from the estimate to the finished product went smoothly. Mr. Rodriguez was on time for the estimate as well as for the start of the job. The entire job took about 1 week. During that week, Mr. Rodriguez responded to any inquiries in a timely manner. His employees were professional and friendly. Although refinishing hardwood floors is a messy process, the house was relatively clean after the job was complete. We had to dust, but that was expected. Other than that, they cleaned up after themselves. What I really appreciated was his willingness to listen to what I wanted/needed. I had other companies provide me an estimate who insisted that I have a water-based poly seal on the hardwood floors despite my insistence that I have an oil-based poly (we have dogs who are very h****** the floors). Not only did he use the oil-based poly seal, he suggested we use three coats to ensure long-lasting durability. The price was not the cheapest of the estimates nor was it the highest....right in the middle. We have four bedrooms waiting to be refinishing, and we will not hesitate to use Rodriguez Flooring for that future job.
