Description of Work: "Cisco" and his team competently installed our bamboo floors a few years and since then have been helping us deal with the consequences of unexpected water seepage. This wasn't intended originally as a long-term relationship, but that's what it is, and we are pleased to have it. Good people who do good work. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They refinished about 2000 + sq ft of 1960's very abused oak flooring. They replaced several boards that had been blackened by previous owners pets, and you can't even tell that it was pieced in. Without asking they created a new threshold from our kitchen into the dining room. They worked through an ice storm when they could barely get up our driveway! They left the house clean ( no furniture was in it) and after the ice thawed they came back and cleaned up some outside debris. Couldn't be happier with their service. Very fast in getting the job done, and it looks beautiful!We provided some of the varnish.

Description of Work: This was our second time using Rodriguez Flooring. About 3 years ago Francisco and his crew replaced the subfloor in our dining area and installed wood flooring. This time they continued the process as we redid our kitchen. Luis and his assistant arrived on schedule and worked quickly. They replaced inferior subfloor and installed the wood to match our dining area. They did a thorough clean-up afterwards. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Description of Work: Took up old hardwood flooring and carpet and installed about 1000 SF of new hardwood flooring, including new baseboard. Francisco and his crew are excellent people to work with. They go the extra mile to make sure they are providing you the details you want, a quality installation, and minimizing the disruption to your daily life. I used Rodriquez Flooring a year ago to do a small flooring repair project when we renovated our kitchen. I was pleased with their work then and was certainly not disapointed on this project. We definitely will be calling them again if we do any more hardwood flooring.

 + -1 moreThe work was excellent, and the floors look brand new. They taped plastic sheeting over the doors leading to the rest of the house, and it did keep out the dust. Our stove had been moved away from the wall to install some ceramic tile, and when we moved the stove back, it revealed that a small portion of the floor had not been treated. Francisco himself came out on a Sunday to do the repair. Our house is on the market, and several viewers have commented on the floor.

 + -1 moreFranciso arrived promptly for the initial consultation. He took precise measurements and provided an estimate within 24 hours. Francisco and his crew arrived on schedule everyday. They worked diligently and paid strict attention to detail. They are highly skilled, polite and professional. They did a thorough clean-up every day and would lock up if I had to leave. I had to go out of town during the process and felt comfortable leaving them a key to complete the work. I was amazed when I returned. The floors looked like new. My neighbors said that even in my absence, they came and left on schedule. The quality of the work is outstanding. I really didn't think the kitchen floor -with dried adhesive and holes- could be salvaged, but it has been restored to perfection. The stain and refinishing is amazing. Francisco said he does two coats of urethane -with light sanding between coats- instead of the standard one coat and it really makes a difference.
Description of Work: Franciso and his team sanded, repaired, stained and sealed hardwood floors in six rooms and a hall in our 80 year old condo. In addition to their age, the floors were severely abraded after other contractors completed the remodel. The kitchen floor had been tiled over and was covered with dried adhesive. There were also holes in the kitchen floor that had been hidden by the tile.
