Description of Work: I had an issue with the heat pump at a rental property. Mountain Air sent out a Technician that night; quickly determined the problem was a failed condensate pump; and replaced the pump to get the system working again. Both the renters and I were very pleased with the fast service!!!

Description of Work: Called to say our furnace fan was running constantly. Was told several trouble shooting tips to avoid service call. However they needed to come out. They were good to let me know the service person was running late and kept us advised of ETA. He found the problem and fixed it right away without having to return. Very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Heating and cooling system were replaced. Humidifier was also installed. Air returns were modified so that I could change filters from inside the house and not have to go into the crawl space. I have been very pleased with any and all contact with people from this company from the sales rep to the installers. Everyone has been professional and very detailed. I spoke with 4 companies before deciding on which contractor to use for this job, and I am very glad I went with Mountain Air.
