Repairer did not wear a mask. No social distancing was apparently attempted. No protective footwear used (mud everywhere he walked in my house). No warning when walking into my house from inside doorways. Repair was done while hvac fan was running. Flooded house with fumes and set off all smoke detectors. Twice. Solder fixes look to have been done well.

These guys were amazing! We have owned our home for over 23 years and we have never had such great service! Within just a matter of days of calling to inquire about pricing and units, they had everything installed! Ron was available to answer any questions we had and the cost was phenomenal, about $3000 cheaper than anyone else's estimate! These guys are the real deal!

The tech was here promptly and completed the job as requested.

The experience began with Ron Hathcock, who asessed my 19 year old unit. Following a thorough assessment, he presented to me the options with Trane, the brand that I insisted upon. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining the available options and the advantages of each. Following installation, he returned. He set up my wifi thermostat, filled out rebate forms (Filed by Mountain Air!), and spent time demonstrating the features of the thermostat. He never seemed to be in a rush; he answered all of my questions with expertise. Three men were responsible for the installation. I was completely impressed by their work ethic. They worked hard, stopping only a few minutes for their lunch. However, they were personable and polite, exuding a competence that was quite reassuring. Even though it was necessary to trample through my flower beds to accomplish their purpose, they did very minimal damage due to their efforts to protect the plants. The unit is running and cooling beautifully. This company has earned the very highest recommendation possible.

Excellent assessment of home for recommended equipment, neat and careful installation. More expensive than other bids but felt it was worth it for the competence, better equipment, and peace of mind.

The professional dedicated team with Mountain Air Mecanical helped us pick out the right ductless air conditioner. They arrived on time for the scheduled installation and got it done in one day. This is our first permanently mounted efficient air conditioner and we are thrilled with the quiet operation of it plus no longer having to drag out the heavy moldy noisy window unit we previously used during the hot months.

Best service to date. We have had to have this AC unit re-charged several times, this was by far the best experience. They gave me a window of 12-2 PM, which in my experience means 2 PM. The technician was ringing the doorbell at right at 12 and the office had called 15 minutes prior to let us know he was on the way. AND, they were able to send someone out the same day we called. Absolutely fabulous service!!

Great. I used a $79 promotional coupon. Technician provided his observations on our aging system, did not push for a replacement and provided the price for their annual maintenance package which was a very fair price.

Absolutely flawless. From the first phone call to the final installation, without a doubt the best customer service one could ask for. Went with the new Trane 20i Heat Pump system . I'm sure there are other systems comparable, but this one was a perfect fit for us. It's like climate control for your house. No more warm and cold spots in different areas, no more gushing hot or cold air ..... fantastic!

We read reviews which were excellent called had a comfort consultant out to the house the same week the consultant and Technician evaluated our current system made recommendations were we educated on the system signed the contract within a week installation was performed the crew was professional prompt Ron our consultant made sure we got our rebate discount and set up our Wi Fi for the thermostats amazing!!!! We highly recommend this company!!!!!

I highly recommend Mountain Air Mechanical for furnace repair. Service Technician Chris was as polite as could be and answered all of my questions. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was helpful and pleasant. They gave me a two hour window of when to expect the service technician and then called again when he was on the way. They had me approve the cost before they actually made the charge, which was reasonable. 20+ year old gas furnace repaired with no pressure to purchase a new one.

Amazingly well, given the miserable conditions, short notice, and workload. I credit excellent leadership by Bryan, and a strong work ethic among the employees. A great, personable, and fair team that I strongly recommend to all concerned. In my 84 years I have supervised and been supervised during a career in the Air Force and then hotel management. This group stacks up with the best I've seen.

The service technician came out the same day as I called, quickly identified the problem (faulty inducer fan relay/controller), and gave me a verbal price range of the replacement. The service call was $90 and I was able to use a $25 Angies List coupon (also saw the same value coupon available on their website). He was friendly and professional. The office called within 2 hours with the exact price of part (to be ordered) and labor and scheduled installation for 3 days later. Installer was another technician, also friendly and professional, who took less than 10 minutes to replace the part and test the furnace. Everything works perfectly.

I was not able to get an appointment with another company until next week. When I called Mountain Air, they said they could be at my home that evening. AJ arrived about 7:00 pm and was incredibly knowledgable, professional and efficient. Although I had to pay overtime, I found the amount to be very reasonable. I am so grateful to Mountain Air for being available after hours during this frigid weather.

Mountain Air Contractors was awesome! My husband is recovering from radiation treatment and very much needed the air conditioning. We checked Angie's List for recommendations for companies that could repair the Trane unit. I called Mountain Air after another company with 24/7 service assured me that from my description a part would need to be ordered and could not be dealt with until at least the following Tuesday. Desperate, I tried Mountain Air. Preston called me back and arranged to be here first thing Saturday morning. I can not speak highly enough of this technician. He was professional and calmly worked through several obstacles to get our unit up and running that day. The job proved to be challenging many times, but Preston stuck with it, including conferring with other technicians, going to get a special tool and then arranging to get the parts from a vendor on a SATURDAY! Our system runs like a dream now (more quiet than ever!) and should last us many more years. We will certainly use Mountain Air Contractors in the future and recommend them to others.

The did a good job, charged a reasonable amount and we took out an annual contract with them.

Well. First programmer did incorrectly on a Friday. When we called Monday am they had someone out by noon. First programmer is why professionalism didn't get top rating.

They're very good and did a very thorough job.
