The entire process went very well. The work was done quickly, was of high quality and everyone from Mountain Air was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

Got estimates from three companies. All impressive presentations, however, one company would not install the highest efficiency unit in the attic because of past problems they had with freezing. I called the manufacturing company and ask about this problem and was told that installed correctly that it was not a problem. I went with Mountain Air since they knew how to install it correctly with no past problems. We are very pleased with the installed Trane system.

I just bought a house and lo and behold the oil furnace wasn't functioning. I called Mountain Air and they had someone come out the next day. First they discovered a bad primary controller (which controls the oil flow to the furnace.) They told me they'd have to order the part and it might be days, but I got a call the next day that said the part was there and they could come out that afternoon. They consistently kept me up to date as to when the service person would arrive. On the second visit, the furnace would fire and immediately shut off. The technician explained that a previous repair had used an incorrect oil pump, which required a different controller (a non-interrupted one). He said the best option was to switch out the controller with another model rather than replace the functioning, but incorrect, oil pump. The next day (3rd day) they came out again to do just that and I wasn't charged anything additional for the final visit. Now, my wife and I are warm and happy. I appreciate that the technician took the time to explain to me how the furnace worked, some troubleshooting steps, as well as explained their annual check up services and prices. Overall, everyone was friendly and professional.

I was impressed that they responded within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them. They were very professional and took less than an hour to complete the job. They were very informative and let me know when they were to be expected. They were punctual and very dependable. I will look at this company again for any future work that is needed.

They were excellent. Everything went well from the initial sales contact to the installation and even the follow up was good. After the installation a little bug had crawled into the system and shut it off. We called and the service people were out in about thirty minutes. I cannot think of anything to say in a negative way. The price was just wonderful.

MOUNTAIN MECHANICAL REPLACED ORIGINAL SYSTEM THAT WAS 18 YRS OLD. MARK GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE SAME DAY, AFTER EVALUATING MY NEEDS. THIS COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE HONEST, COMPETENT, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EVALUATED MY NEEDS, AND SOLD ME THE RIGHT SYSTEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

Excellent. Had to plan well ahead because of personal schedule. They showed up on time and completed the work exactly as promised and on budget.

Originally scheduled appointment was changed by office to one week later. The technician found problems with one of the two units we have. The office called back same day with repair estimate and scheduled appointment for sales rep to come regarding estimate for new unit. Technician was friendly, thorough and efficient.

Very pleased with the service. I asked for and got a discount on the initial inspection as advertised on Angie's List. The inspector was prompt and very thorough. They got a quote for the replacement part, called me to get the OK, and ordered the part. The technician who replaced the part came out on Dec. 23, a very cold day. Made the repair quickly and even fixed a jury-rigged support for the furnace exhaust that the previous owner of the house had made. I will call them in the spring for an AC checkup.

I was two weeks without heat due to an internal failure of the company's personnel to understand the limits of the services provided by the company.

Mark came out and took a look at our home. He was friendly, gave me the information I needed, and also came in with a bid lower than another company. His men started work within three days. They were friendly, professional, and did a very good job, especially having to cut through old plaster ceilings. We were expecting to have to repair the ceilings but they did such a good job that we didn't have to. They finished the job in three days. We are very happy customers.

They did a great job! I recommended them to my neighbors and also ended up using them for a rental property I own. Their prices are the best in town. They call before they arrive for the appointment and they also call a few days after they do the work to follow up with you.

Excellent! They arrived early, kept me informed during the day about their schedule, performed the work in a professional manner, did not attempt to "up-sell" other services, did the work rapidly and cleaned up after they were finished. Overall, an excellent experience.

Excellent. They came out the same day. It was very hot and we were unable to use the A/C. They were punctual and professional, repaired a clogged drain line quickly.

The tech explained the problem and told me that the cathode should never go bad. He thought it was a manufacturing defect that was there on purpose. Honest, friendly and professional. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone.
