Description of Work: Roof was thoroughly inspected, with problems found. We did have him install a new chimney cap (which I already knew was needed)and reseal around vent pipes and three skylights (as preventative maintenance). I was very impressed with the honesty of "The Mad Roofer" (LOVE that name!), that he didn't try to tell us work should be done, when it was not needed.

Description of Work: I responded to a special 99.00 inspection and minor repair deal. He was right on time and he made a minor repair to one section of the roof which has been very helpful. He advised that there was a lot of hail damage, but when the insurance adjuster came, he disagreed, said he didn't see any. Very confusing.
