Quick to come out to inspect for quote. Price was at or better than the other quotes. Friendly. Great cleanup - didn't leave a mess. There was a misunderstanding on one part of the project and when we brought it to his attention it was taken care of right away.

Steve did not show up the first time he said he would. The second time he was here for 15 minutes and said he would send me an estimate via email which he never did. I wanted him to come in the house and see the leaking inside, but he tried to talk over me and finally, reluctantly, sent his assistant in. Very poor service.

Professional job. Punctual and left a clean job site.

Steve and his employee did a nice job replacing my chimney cap. Steve gave me an estimate on a new roofing system that didn't work out but I knew right away after meeting Steve he was talented and understood quality roofing. The opportunity arose for him to replace my chimney cap and he was professional and courteous throughout the job.

Steve did a nice job. he knew right away why my roof had a leak and fixed it in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. He also put a piece of flashing up under my gutter that had fallen down.

The work was done efficiently and in a timely fashion. We were very pleased

I have a room on the side of my house that has a flat roof. Highwinds combined with poor workmanship caused the need to have it replaced. Steve came out and gave me an estimate. He explained to me about the damage that was there and what I needed to have it fixed properly. He was prompt with returning my calls and the job was done shortly after I gave him the go ahead. He also included cleaning out the gutters and a little maintenance on the house’s main roof in the price. He included a seven-year warranty on the labor and 20 years on the materials, which I thought was great. I thought his price was fair and reasonable and I would hire him again if I have any other roofing needs.

great job was done overall Steve did have some scheduling issues but always stayed in contact and made sure the whole process was progresed smoothly. From a detailed estimate to the finished project I was very happy

He was the first to respond and we liked him from our inquiries. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the skills that were needed. They were honest in telling what was necessary to do not just trying to make money. They have integrity.

Have gave a good estimate – gives a good warranty. He is very thorough. He was honest with us about the fact that it didn’t have to be done today.

These guys showed up when they said they would and repaired my roof very quickly. They were great!

Excellent. Materials were delivered and full install took one day. All waste was removed from site same day.

Steve was prompt with estimates, he was not the cheapest but his professionalism in estimate and follow-through swayed me, showed up as scheduled, worked long days until work was complete. The roof is beautiful. Some minor mishaps occurred along the way, an electrical snafu, and some repair work on woodwork that was not up to standard. He totally took care of that by revising his original estimate to cover those things. No job is perfect. My only complaint was that it took several weeks to get all the nails and small debris from the yard and drive. My yard guy ended up with a flat from a nail left behind. But, that aside, I would hire him again because the roof is gorgeous and he runs a professional business.

Five stars all the way. Steve was one of the most professional people we have worked with. He kept to his quote and finished the job on time. We cannot say enough good things about the Mad Roofer! Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him again - thanks Steve! Steve and his crew removed our old shingle roof and put an entire metal roof on our Inn in 5 1/2 days - right before Christmas. They worked long hours in the coldest weather! Steve was up front about the materials needed and the cost of the project - no hidden extras. He kept in constant contact with us at all time and showed up when he said he would. Great Job!

This was a $99 big deal purchase. What he patched the shingle already came off again. He did show up and did what we wanted but it is not entirely fixed yet. Everything else seems okay. It was not a huge project. I did not interact with them, my husband Wayne did. I think we had a little problem with responsiveness.

Very quick response to our initial inquiry for an estimate and the work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner as well. Steve is very pleasant to work with.

There was a leak in the roof over our front deck. The Mad Roofer (Steve Rulli) came out, saw several nail pops in the roof right over the leak, and corrected them. Unfortunately, the roof still leaked at the next rain. Did further examination and made some fixes where the upper front exterior of the house transitioned to the roof. Regrettably, that did not do it. Took two more visits before they found that where the upper side of the house transitioned to the roof the original installers had neglected to put in the required flashing. The leak was fixed. What I appreciated was that when Steve quoted the price (after the second visit), the amount didn't change. It was clear that he would come as often as necessary to fix what was not an easy problem to identify. I have recommended him to my neighbors and would not hesitate to use him again.

I called him yesterday afternoon and being that I am in an URGENT almost emergency situation with needing a new roof he came out today (Christmas Eve) to take a look at my roof. Steve, the owner, said he would be here between 10:00 & 11:00 and he arrived at 10:20. Steve and Danny went up and I was able to see them without effort lift up shingles. Steve was professional in explaining what is wrong and my options. I am looking forward to receiving the estimate and getting my new roof ASAP. I will update this review as we move along in the process.

It went fine. He found a few things and we got it all fixed before it ruined something. He had to come out twice because he needed to go pick up parts and shingles and so forth. $99 covered everything. I'm keeping his business card in my file.

OK I guess but I expected more for my money. Probably unrealistic on my part!

They did a fantastic job, and also gave me a great price on doing my small barn with the same metal roofing. They charged less than most do for a shingle roof, not to mention metal. I had gotten estimates as high as 11k for a metal roof! They also did a great job of not damaging my flower beds, and were super careful not to leave metal shards or nails in the pasture area, which I really appreciate. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They were able to start the job quickly, and complete it quickly, and it all looks great. I am very pleased, and will recommend them to anyone.
