They were on time and professional. They took the time to explain that my dryer vent hose was too long and they shortened it for me while they were cleaning the dryer vent. They were also mindful of our animals while the work was being completed.

The initial contact was favorable, however, I had requested a chimney cap and was told by the person who arranged the service that the "crew" would have caps on their truck. The guy who showed up to do the cleaning, didn't know I wanted one nor did he have any in his truck.

Not only did they come on the appointment date, they called and due to a cancellation asked if they could arrive earlier. The dryer vent was cleaned and the dryer no longer shows an overheating code. Great job. Will definitely call them again if needed and will have air ducts cleaned as well.

They were a friendly and professional team by all means with great manners. They arrived early. The job was completed in a short time and was shown a picture of the finished job performed on the chimney top. I am very happy and pleased with the work provided.

Project: Clean dryer exhaust from dryer to outside of home all on second floor. From the time I contacted via Internet to Tammy contacting me by phone to answer my questions, everything went as smooth as I could have expected. The twin brothers were even early, but they did call to say they were running ahead of schedule and would that be okay. When they arrived, they were very cordial and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. Did not call or show up for a follow up appointment. When I called the rude manager Marshall said they were at a funeral. I paid 175.00 for 3 minutes of unprofessional work which left my dryer not working. Will never use this company and planning on filing a complaint with BBB.

Spent 1 hour to do 15 ducts...was scheduled for a 3 hour job...house 40 years old and "said it really wasn't that bad" just felt a little like a rush job for the $425 they charged.

The company, called me immediately after I left my initial contact information. They came out within a few days, cleaned and inspected our fireplace. They were very professional and the price was within range, for the work needed. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
