Scheduled a 3:30 pm appointment for October 6 with Robert. Technician called me at 12:45 asking of I was at home and what time could I be there since they finished a job early. Said I would be home for my 3:30 appointment. Tech sounded annoyed I could not come home then. Called the company and spoke to Robert informing him of the call from the tech and I did not appreciate the tech getting irritated that I could not accommodate their early schedule. Again, I had a 3:30 appointment. Asked if I needed to cancel the appointment. Robert asked to call me back after he called the tech. I arrive home for the appointment but no one shows. Called the office to learn that Robert left for the day (was told emergency). Explained that no one showed up and I needed Robert to call me. Waited another 30 minutes then called back, to be told they were on the phone with Robert. I was then told that the tech finished early on an appointment, that the appointment before mine had canceled and the tech could not wait around for my scheduled 3:30 appointment. So basically I was ghosted. I was told if I rescheduled it would be $15 dollars cheaper. I am not sure this business understands how appointments work and will not be using them or recommending them to others. As someone who works in real estate, this is not a business practice I can support.

It was very much needed. Never had my air ducts cleaned before, a bit pricey but well worth it!

They were amazing. The previous owners teenagers hid various items in the ductwork. Carolina Ductmasters were able to get all of the trash left by the previous owner. Great job. Highly recommended.

Extremely fast response! We called Carolina Ductmasters on a Saturday afternoon, they called back on Sunday, and weâ re here first thing Monday morning. They did a fast job of clearing out an amazing amount of dryer fluff from the pipes, did a repeat cleaning, cleaned up, and were finished in half an hour. Excellent service!

I was promised that they would clean the inside of the dryer, however I didn't see that happen. That being said, in every other way they were timely and professional.

When I hired them they told me it would take about 45 minutes to do the job. 20 minutes in and out. So Iâ m not sure if they did a good job or just made a miss in my yard. What little bit of lint that I saw was lift in the yard after he took a leaf blower and spread it over my yard. I call and was told this is not how we do business and that was it, no follow up. WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!
