it's weird that my chimney smells more now, but they were fast, efficient, and professional lads. price is fair. price for the chimney damper was out of whack, but the kid seemed to know that. i'd hire them again.

Crystal was fantastic! I had 4 other chimney companies come out but Crystal from Carolina Ductmasters was the only one that was able to tell me what was wrong with my chimney and how to fix it. Also, Carolina Ductmasters was the only one that told me they could fix it. They priced the work right then and there and it was a reasonable price. These guys are the best. Thanks, Crystal!

I had my chimney cleaned and inspected. They were very polite, professional, communicated well. Also they were very thorough, addressed my questions and cleaned up after the job was complete. The costs was quite reasonable. I would definitely hire and recommend them again.

We had a dryer vent replaced. The techs arrived on time. They had all the repair materials they needed. They were very professional. Finished the job and totally cleaned up the work area. Would I hire Carolina Ductmasters, Inc. again ? You bet we would !!!!!!

We felt it was expensive for the amount of time spent. Even less time was spent on my neighbors' and I organized it. One neighbor had her floor scratched. The men were very polite and wore masks which I appreciated. No status report was given-just all done.
