The two-person crew were on time and courteous. They cleaned our dryer vent, replaced our vent hose, cleaned up, and put the dryer back in place.

I hired them, they came out and did the repair. 6 months later I called and advised that I still had water coming in, it took 6 more months for them to come out. They advised that since it had been a year that I had to pay a service call. I explained it had not been a year and I had been trying to get them back out. The manager advised that if I refused to pay the $100 service call they would not come back out if I still had leakage. I asked if they guaranteed their work, and the same gentleman told me that not after 6 months. Terrible customer service. The workers that come on-site are extremely helpful, but with such terrible management, they are placed in a very difficult situation. I am hiring someone to fix the issue correctly. Shame on this company for taking advantage of a single mom that had just lost her husband.

They did a great job on the vents but all did a number on my TV set. They must have loosened a TV wire 'cause I can't get some local channels and when I turn the kitchen light on, channel 13 goes out. Had to call Spectrum. =

The 2 people that came were very helpful. They were very clean and cared about the work they did.

Although they were very polite, it is not their company policy to wear a mask, so they did not wear masks. I decided not to asks them to leave, so I wore my masks and kept an adequate distance from them. Just worries me in the event they provide services to the elderly, and the customer does not have a mask-like I did, they could put them at risk. It is for that reason, I will not hire them again. They missed a vent in my bathroom, decided not to call them and have them come back out and clean it vent because I do not want to take the chance of contracting COVID-19 just to get one vent cleaned.
