Simple and quick process. The company worked to schedule my chimney cleaning early so we could use our fireplace since our HVAC stopped working. Our family greatly appreciates Carolina Ductmasters professionalism and understanding!

They were very careful for cleanliness (and they wore masks), BUT one of the tarps they put down to protect my carpet outside the hearth had something on it. It left dark spots. Vaccuming did not remove. Thankfully, I own pets and a carpet cleaner. It fixed it right away. I did call this to their attention before the crew left and they told me if I couldn't get it out, to call the office and they'd take care of it. I just advised them to clean their tarps! I'm still planning on using them next year. They were fast and efficient and good people!!

Chris was actually ahead of schedule and did a really great job of the services that we contracted for. The cleaning was perfect. Chris took great care in this arena. The inspection was good. I guess I am used to having video pictures of the chimney lining, so the lack of providing that capability made me question the inspection just a little. My perception is that you can only look up and down the chimney so far with a really bright light. Perhaps I am mistaken and perhaps video pics of the lining is overkill. To reiterate, Chris did a really great job with the cleaning and the inspection, given the tools he has been provided. Consider arming him with a low cost video camera to snap some pics on the way down the chimney.

Great experience! Chris our tech was very polite, informative, and thorough! He actually went the extra mile by checking out our crawl space and so glad he did. He found 2 return ducts that were torn and causing elements from the outside filtering into the house. We would highly recommend Carolina Ductmasters for your HVAC needs.

I think the two gentlemen did an excellent job of cleaning the fireplaces, but not in protecting my hardwood floors when buckstove was pulled out or when they brought in their vacuum.

Quick response. Pleasant experience working with cleaner. But fireplace box is still black. Then after completion of this job I tried to reach the worker who said he could do another job. But his number was disconnected.
