The men were on time and exceptionally friendly and respectable. They did a job that was complete and thorough. They offered to put the furniture back in place, and did not leave our home until they knew we were completely satisfied with the work' they had done.

We moved into a new home and I've never had a fireplace before. Carolina Ductmasters were able to help me understand what needed to happen to make the fireplace usable. They got the work done and now I get to relax and keep my toes warm!

I needed two fireplaces inspected. The two women were unprofessional and hour late. They were suppose to clean my chimney with the inspection, which they did not. When I called the company, they gave the woman that did the inspection MY cell phone number and had HER CALL ME BACK! I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone, I now have to pay AGAIN a different company to inspect my chimneys.

They cleaned out debris (leaves/water) also found a bird's nest and cleaned the chimney flu thoroughly and now we feel safe to have a fire again. Thank you!

Do not hire this company! We had them clean our chimneys, put a new chimney cap on and clean our ducts. This review is not necessarily about the quality of the work but upper management and their customer service. We purchased this home for my mother and father in law but they were not moving in until December. They performed the work in the beginning of November while the house was empty and no one living in it. One of the technicians used the upstairs bathroom while they were doing the work. They flushed the toilet and did not bother making sure the water stopped running. With the house being empty I would only go into the house every 5-7 days to check on it. Well I went into the house 5 days after they had done the work and the upstairs toilet was still running. I got a water bill that was over $250 because of this negligence. I called to speak to the manager and before I could even explain the whole story he quickly said ?I ain?t paying that?. He then questioned me saying I could be lying. The moment I had to raise my voice he said he would ?hang up on me?. This was probably the most unprofessional conversation I had ever had with a ?manager?, if you could call him that. The technicians seemed to have done a good job with the work they did but they never should have used the restroom without asking for permission and if granted, which restroom to use. I use companies not solely based on the work they do but also how they handle an issue if something was done incorrectly, or in this case you get a water bill for $250 because they were negligent. Don?t let a company come in your home and do work if they are not willing to makes amends for a mistake they and help solve the issue. I will now have to pay an extra $250 during the holidays, out of my own pocket, so my water doesn?t get shut off. This is simply unacceptable. Jonathan F.

They found problem , duct cover was damaged when new roof was installed flap would not open causing lint to build up and Ductmasters fixed it so we could use dryer. The roofing company did come next day and replaced damaged part . Ductmasters did a great job and got us going again.

Came out. Found the issue ordered necessary parts and repaired. They also provided great support after the install.
