Efficient and friendly staff to book and show up. Too low tech to compete for the job. The last company used a scope to inspect without having to rip off the cap (which they were informed about). They could not even complete inspection without wanting to take off the cap and then replace it (at least $200 more). Had to pay a visit fee and got no service at all.

Equipment used was not adequate to do a better job.

They were supposed to put a screen over my chimney but did not technician said he could not reach it.

Outstanding service, great people. Thorough work and very clean job. I highly recommend them.

Chris and Kyle were very professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the job they did.

My experience was okay. They were able to fit me in, in a week. The only downside was that they told me they would email me proof that they were coming out and never did. Also when they came out they told me that they were leaving a piece of paper on my door and did not and then I called them for the next two days before I got the paperwork that I needed. Other than that they did a good job.

The workers were prompt, courteous, explained everything to me and went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I would recommend them in a hot minute! (no taking advantage of a senior woman - kind and over all wonderful).

Crystal was very professional and advised us to wait until the chimney swifts leave. Then, we will call them back to clean the nest from our chimney. Meanwhile, the birds are driving us nuts.

The company said that they would call me back and the gentleman that got the job out-of-the-way did a great job but the company missed out by calling me back when I told him there was a bad odor and need that fix but they didn't come back .

The tech who came to clean our stove pipe And dryer vent did a very thorough job. He was professional and friendly. The back office communication was good. They answered my questions honestly and processed more information when requested. I highly recommend their services.
