Carolina Ductmasters cleans and services both residential and commercial air ducts, as well as dryer vents, exhaust vents, and fireplace/chimney cleaning. We are also (available for air duct inspections and repairs, dryer vent inspections and repairs, & wood burning fireplace/chimney inspections and repairs. WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY GAS UNITS OR GAS LOGS}. Our Company has been in operation and servicing the entire Southeast through our offices in Asheville/Western North Carolina, NC and Greenville/Spartanburg SC since August 1997. We are committed to providing the highest quality service. Carolina Ductmasters is fully licensed, insured and bondable. They arrived over one hour early.They did not have on masks, had to make them put on masks. Spent no more than 3 to 5 minutes with ladder looking down the chimney; said they swept chimney, said everything was real good, I asked did you see any cracks. They said no. They didnâ t take lionhearted enough to know; clean out wood stove for ten or so minutes which wasnâ t real dirty They were gone in 30 to 35 minutes. They everything was fine, just needed a chimney top covering. Did not do a fire draw test, said wasnâ t needed. It was not a good job. Did not sign the receipt, did not keep a copy & give us a copy. Have had our chimney swept before; always took about an hour and was professional. They seemed to think that they are there to quickly clean the wood stove. Not at all worth the money.

The Technicians were on time, courteous and thorough. They respected our home and wore booties to protect our floors. They were hard workers and they cleaned up the mess from the dryer vent cleaning. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a boroscope view so I can see the before/after of the cleaning. The amount of lint/debris that cam from the dryer vent was astounding so I know they cleaned it well. I would hire them again and may bring them back to clean the HVAC ductwork.
